This day we came it was very humid outside about 90+ degrees. When we walked into the restaurant it was literally cold. Even the... front check in person said it. AC blasting had it feeling like 62-65 degrees inside. Waitress seemed to rush us. We had breadordered, appetizers, and dinner asked if we wanted to place the order and we had only been sitting for 17 mins. Wasn't verypersonable or even asked if we had been before to the place. Cesar salad cheese was really bad. The Calamari was good just toomany pickled peppers. The entrée of Wallae I had was good and light but not a slam dunk. Waitress and the AC didn't help makethe visit too pleasantly memorable and we felt rushed the entire time. Probably won't ever return due to the food being just atfair. Read more
I've passed this place a gazillion times and wanted to try it! Welp the ladies and I loved the ambiance, service and the... food. Especially their in House/ Bread and butter and my fav....Calamari!!!! We'll definitely be back ???????????????????????????? Read more
Went here to celebrate my mother’s birthday with family and friends and thought it would be a great choice, but was incredibly... let down. Service was incredibly slow for our apps and entrees. When we got bread the first time, we didn’t even receive anysilverware. No big deal, but when we asked another staff to get it, it took a while to get them. The appetizers of dynamiteshrimp and stuffed mushrooms tasted good, but were small portions. Then the server kept bringing bread, so we knew we’d bewaiting a long time (like an hour) for our main entrees. Now for the entrees…almost everybody was excited to order theCaribbean dishes where you pick two entrees because of the variety it offered, BUT when we got the plates the food was such tinyportions we all thought it was a joke! For $28 a plate, each of us were completely disappointed. Only three small pieces ofstuffed shrimp, tiny slivers of overcooked salmon or grilled mahi, microscopic piece of chicken, and a small scoop of coconutrice in the middle among our combo plates. The server was friendly, but he never came once to apologize about the delay orshowed sincerity. The overall experience was a major let down after spending over $200 on what was supposed to be a specialnight for my mother. We all left hungry and were very embarrassed for our friends who joined us so we had to eat more food athome. At the end the server clearly failed to read our visual disappointment and still tried to encourage us to join therewards program after we paid the check, saying something along the lines of joining the rewards program if we’ll be frequentdiners in the future. Bread and service was good. While in the bathroom I witnessed a kitchen employee come out the stall and did not even think to... wash his hands ????????. Then I was sat near a server station in which a server was there just digging away in her nose in frontof guests while working ????????. We went for my son’s 18th birthday. The waitress was nice the food was good. We really enjoyed ourselves and will dine again.... Their appetizers and soups are delicious! We enjoyed the lobster and shrimp pasta and the crab stuffed shrimp. The bread theyserve with casino butter is amazing. Read more
To start the ambience is amazing. This place is totally a vibe. The different assortment of seating can really determine the... type of night you have. The food was well prepared, did not take long, and came out fresh. The most unexpected part of the nightwas the pricing. For such a dope experience, you're paying little to nothing. Read more
We've dined here twice and this establishment will definitely be added to our rotation. We crave the bread pudding (Not... pictured) and sometimes just want to go there for dessert. All dishes we tried were presented just as described and flavors andtexture were spot on. Seating is comfortable and service is efficient and non intrusive. The only downside is in the main diningarea we felt the two tops were a little too close. Read more
Overall awesome. Food was awesome. I have to acknowledge that the soups were fantastic. Service was superb. I appreciate when... the waiter puts my wine on ice at the table. I hate waiting for them to return with my bottle. He was friendly and helpful withmy questions. I am a dining problem child with questions. Atmosphere was fantastic. I can't wait to return. Read more
