I got a caramel sundae with extra caramel they gave it to me with the top already coming off which he saw when he handed to me.... It literally got all over my car and shirt I went back in the manager acting like she didn?t wanna replace nor didn?t care atall, I was so flustered I just left so I spent money on a sundae I didn?t get!! I wouldn't even give it that if the young ladies at the drive-thru window was as nice as they were. I visited this location... 10/24/22 around 5:50pm. Ordered 3 large fries waited, paid, and received cold - very dark fries. I returned to the drive-thruand encounter a horrible male manager. He told me ?My fries were cold because I waited 10 minutes and brought them back". Mindyou I literally re-entered the drive-thru as soon as I pulled off initially. After trying to tell me they were fresh, hereluctantly took them back. He went away for thirty seconds and gave me the same fries back, which was little warmer. Onceagain, he tried to convince me that they had just came out the fryer. I pulled off because there were people behind me. Iquickly realized the inside was locked so I got back in line and eventual encountered the same manager. I told him to take thefires and I didn't need my money back. He refused and told me the fires was fresh. I ended placing the fries back in the window,and left. I WILL NEVER STOP THERE AGAIN AND I ENCOURAGE OTHERS NOT TO EITHER. Read more
I ordered a quarter pounder and they gave me a cheese burger party. Honestly it tasted pretty good fixed up like that but it... wasn't what I ordered, the cashier was rude, I wasn't given a receipt, and when I asked for one I was brushed off. I didn't evenknow if the order had went through and was left standing there deciding whether or not I should go somewhere else until the foodarrived. Read more
Fine during the lunch rush, pretty bad anytime in the evening. All the signs and lights are off (but they?re open?), and the... food all was handed to me cold. Thought about asking them to remake it, but would rather eat my own snot, thanks. Read more
Went through the drive thru to get just a pop, and got the WORST service. The kid at the window did not say a single word to me.... He opened the window and did grabby hands at me for my card, without telling me my total. Then he shoved the drink at me, shovedthe straw at me, shoved my card back at me and slammed the window. That is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. After like, 3-4pm the service at this McDonald's is incredibly horrible. Read more
The quality of service is not consistent. Some days this location is good. However, whenever you are invited to go to the last... window of the drive through, you are invited for a bummer. Waiting could be from 5-20 min. All the cars behind you get theirfood even though they arrived 10 min after you. Depending on who?s on the shift of that day, you may get some attention or justleft there with nobody ever came even if you knock on the window (I doubt that ring bell is working). Read more
This is my favorite McDonald?s to go too , I come here for breakfast and lunch through out the week and I always get fresh items... and great service. Thank you guys Read more
