If this was my first time going to Qdoba, I would never try it again. This location gives the company as a whole a bad... reputation. Multiple things were undercooked and tasted weird. The staff was friendly, the place was clean but the food wasvastly under par. Read more

UPDATE. Qdoba headquarters called and addressed my complaint. Thumbs up! I hate to complain about workers during this... pandemic, but something needs to be done. On 10.31.2021 the staff was cursing each other out, so I forgot to get my freerewards meal. My recent visit was another nightmare: Male worker in the back had his pants hanging down and 50% of his underwearwas exposed. A female worker was very impatient. She kept saying WHAT ELSE and shaking her head like she was recording aTikTok. She didn't even fill my burrito bowl. She refused to type my phone # in for my rewards and she became so flustered, shecalled another lady to assist me. She explained that I have to download the app. Avoid this horrible Royal Oak location. Read more

Great staff, good food. They started charging $2 to add rice to a salad ; similar strategy with other items. What a dumb idea -... a cash grab on top of raising prices Read more

Horrible. The only flavor this Qdoba knows is cilantro. Even the queso was just full of cilantro in every bite and no other... flavors in the whole meal. The worst Qdoba I've ever had, even the Roseville location was better. Plus, I know supply is low butout of the 100's of options for drinks there were seriously only 5 that were working. Staff was not friendly and portions wereso off. Pass on this one. Waste of $18 for a meal. Read more

I never had a bad experience here until today. I am honestly not sure how somebody doesn?t realize the paper bag is black and... burnt. Then the chips inside the bag were black and burnt. I didn?t even see the chip bag until I got home. Read more

I have celiac and was rudely informed by the manager that they can?t give any information about food to customers. Meaning no... information about what foods contain gluten. Qdoba needs to change this policy and train their staff to handle food allergiesappropriately. Also the food was cold, flavorless, and about half the portion you get at chipotle. Never going back! 100% the best Qdoba in the area. Even during the busy times, they always have food - never have I heard ?we are out of that... right now?. Not only do they always have food, every employee is on top of it, showing a calm collected demeanor even with along line and lots of online orders. The employees are fantastic, special shout-out to Greg and Kelsi. I always leave with asmile on my face. I?d give them 10 stars if I could!! Read more

I wish I didn't even have to give them 1 star (even if the star means that I hated it.) Hated is not the word I would even use... for it, I would use despised. The place was so disgusting even if you wanted to sit in you wouldn't want to eat there. There wasfood everywhere, on the floor, tables, on the counter where you pay, and back behind where the staff stand. I ordered a chickenand steak burrito ???? and the crew member didn't even know how to wrap it... I asked for salsa and he put the chunky tomato???? on it... that is not what I wanted. When I say salsa I mean liquid salsa. I will NOT be going back to that Qdoba ever again(and it was the closest to my house) I am so disappointed. Read more
