Always good service.... when they're actually open. They seem to forget that there's a night shift staff that works the... hospital. The sign says they close at 6 but when I get here at 530 they've been closed. Really disappointing that I can't get acoffee to make it through a 12 hour overnight shift. Read more
Closed the store because they are "short staffed". There were 2 workers. I've seen SB with 1 worker manage just fine. How... incredible, I rated a different SB 5 stars this week but this one gets a 1 star. I think corporate should look into this one. Read more
The person behind the counter was seemingly new, and was alone. There was a rush of customers, and although she handled herself... professionally, customers were rude because she was slower than they were expecting. I praise the employee, but felt sorry forher as she didnt have help, either someone was on break, someone didnt show up, or understaffed. My drink was excellent. Read more
The good-it's Starbucks coffee The bad- staff doesn't always seem capable. Some are good others not so much The ugly- unlike all... other Starbucks they do not do refills on regular coffee. All Starbucks I've ever been to do a refill price for regular coffeebut not this one. I'll just get my coffee from Joe's they do have a refill price!! Overall- it's Starbucks which is prettyconsistent so I really cannot base this on quality. I spend a lot of time at Beaumont so It's based on service and the lack ofservices compared to this Starbucks and the other 99% of Starbucks out there. Joe's serves the same coffee cheaper with arefill price. I'll take my business there from now on. Read more
Coffee and service good. They close way too early. As someone that had to stay over night waiting for baby to come it would have... been nice to grab a cup of coffee after 5 PM. Read more
For how busy it was here, the line went pretty fast. I think that an option to pre-order would be a benefit here. The servers... are all very polite. I don't know the whole story, but with it being very busy, they had 4 people and only two seemed to beworking. The other two seemed to be talking and joking around. But maybe they were not actually there to work? Either way then,they either needed more people to work during busy times, or the two who were goofing off needed to actually work. We purchased2 cake pops. They gave us 3 since one was cracked, but they all ended up crumbling. The drinks were as they were supposed to be. Read more
Ordered an earl grey tea latte today and it was filled it mostly with water instead of milk and no syrup. Doesn't even taste... like a latte, just regular tea. So if you go here while it's busy, be sure to taste your drink before you leave. Read more
This store is located inside Beaumont Royal Oak Campus. Serves the regular Starbucks menu. Friendly staff.
