First time trying it tonight. My mobile order was incorrect after I came home. It was missing large voodoo fries. Customer... service wasn't that helpful to refund my missing fries. An ominous beginning. Not a good way to treat a new customer. I wasn'timpressed with boneless wings. The batter was too thick. Ordered Korean, Mango Habanero, and Lemon Pepper flavors. For 50 wingsI should get more than 1 ranch dip. Food was too salty. I've had better wings elsewhere. Wing Fellas is far better. The chickentastier and are bigger pieces and their batter is not overwhelming like Wing Stop. 1 Star. I won't be back. A wasted $50 dinner! Read more
Just got my usual order for football Sunday, what a disappointment. You?d think I ordered popcorn chicken. More than half my... box was popcorn size. Way off the standard I was used to receiving previously. Hope this isn?t the new standard or I?ll haveto find a new place to order from. The staff was nice but that's where it ends. I ordered well done wings and fries. The wings was well done but the fries were so... soggy I just threw them away. Opposite of what I ordered. Then I ordered the lemon garlic ( lemon pepper w/garlic parmesan) andit was just lemon pepper, no parmesan. Just disappointing. 3rd and last time going. Read more
I ordered 7 times maybe. 3 times it was tremendously delayed and one time the order was never processed. The staff is working... hard and I appreciate you all being there even during the peak of the pandemic but there needs to be a more efficient way on howto run this restaurant. Read more
EDIT: The DoorDashers are rude! One practically knocked me over and it wasn't even to get the food delivery ! It was to ask for... a drink, but she didn't go to the register and wait for a staff member to be available, she interrupted someone off to theside. Do the people giving 1 star about quality not realize these are inexpensive wings. These are good, yummy wings for theirprice point. If you get $0.60 wings and expect some kind of artisan experience then that's your problem... Like yeah, JoshPerkins, you went to a WingStop.. manage your expectations... If my order is behind I don't mind waiting a few extra minutes.They made it clear they were working on it, almost to the point that I felt bad because they seemed more worried and upset aboutit being late than me! I got the family deal so they had a lot to make. Everyone was really polite and nice and attentive. Ithink customers need to be a lot more considerate. There seems to be a lot of reviews on here that are simply human error andtotally fixable. Relax, Karen, they forgot your ranch, they didn't fry your new born baby. They were super busy it seemed upuntil they were closing (ordered at 9:25pm). Last time I checked I had the pleasure of being able to bop around to music with myboyfriend while we waited for chicken tenders and the staff was working HARD on multiple orders in a kitchen when it was 96degrees outside. I wanted to talk about the customer service and speed. I ordered 10 boneless wings 2 months ago but the cashier couldn?t hear me... because 3-5 rude door dashers rushed up to her shoving their phones in her face forcing her to attend to them. So when i gethome i had an incorrect order. I wasn?t upset I called back told them my order was wrong they were very accommodating and toldme they would remake it my next visit, Fast forward to today Latoya was working the cash register she was very pleasant, sheremade my order The GM Earnest approached me and apologized for the incorrect order and really made me feel valued as acustomer. Another employee Nyree was very attentive. As Latoya prepared the food Nyree was super personable and just talked tome while I waited and was super nice. I can appreciate immensely when business make a proper correction, and I appreciate whenthey do what they can to make a customer feel good. I?m not a regular customer (like I don?t come here all the time) but I cansay this was literally the best wing stop I had and I?m very impressed by the customer service i will now and forever go out myway to come to this one Read more
The wings are always good and have been to a few locations but as you can see from the pictures this time they lacked sauce.... They were busy so I?ll try again to visit and see if they can do better but the wings and tenders were fresh and crispy. Read more
