Absolutely terrible customer service, they are completely dumb in the phone don't even know their menu, I had to call 3 times to... finally be answered, asked a question about they day special and was treat like crazy for asking it such a late time when I was3pm which I understand there is no more but simply being treat like I'm nuts for asking was just unbelievable, then I wasdriving and ask for something else to pick up and they said I have to pay by phone first?? Which I couldn't bc I was driving andI explained that that was in my way but denied bc they were about to close and they don't want to make food anymore so we haveto pay in advance ????????I was blowed away by that customer service so yea never going there again!! They charge almost $5 for a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice, its ridiculous to ask so much just for a juice, and we live... in Florida when the oranges should be cheap, our state grows them, the greed is big in this business, im not coming back again,they sell spinach empanadas and they don't tell you they have cheese, , they should say spinach and cheese empanadas, theyshould be careful before they get a lawsuit, I dont recommend this place . I came to this bakery due to good recommendations, but I got very disappointed being my first time here. First, the two ladies... that were taking orders this morning didn?t even say good morning, didn?t give suggestions at all and no customer serviceskills. I would have given this place 5 stars, because the food was outstanding. But I ordered the NY steak and it was tough as nail... and a job to chew. Then I realized instead of the NY sirloin I thought I was getting, I got skirt steak. The flavor was goodthough. It was cooked perfectly. The pastries are outstanding. The espresso was excellent.
