Rarely a wait of more than 5 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful. Interior is well designed and well maintained. Indoor and... outdoor dining. No drive through, unfortunately. The food and service is always great but today I witnessed an employee by the name of Anthony being extremely rude to his... coworkers. The lovely lady making my bowl had the spoon and bowl snatched out of her hands by Anthony, I than witnessed him doit several other times to several other employees. He also wore a very un pleasant face the entire time I was in there. Very disappointed. I used to LOVE coming to this location. Today for the first time in a couple months I went to bolay. I was... craving it so bad. I always admired the quality of the food they put out. Clearly they changed the quality of the food. I?m100% sure they are changed their supplier/type of meat and definitely changed the chef. They decreased their quality andincreased the prices. Not coming back. Look at the picture of the steak? That looks awful. Delicious and clean meal option! Nice portion for the price. While I typically always eat my bowl in one sitting, for lighter... eaters you could likely get 2 meals out of it. My go to large bowl is the sweet potato noodles and kale for bases and then 4veggies (no meat) and the creamy garlic sauce. They do rotate in new veggies which is a plus! Read more
A staff member informed me that they discontinued the steak which was disappointing since that is my primary protein of choice... when I come to Bolay. I opted for the lemon chicken instead and that was alright, nothing special. I asked for sauces from adifferent staff member and she decided to place the sauce containers on top of the actual food (touching the food) which I findextremely unsanitary. Overall, the customer service was good but the food is not as flavorful as it used to be. Read more
I love the food and service here, but today It was amazing. I didn?t ask for a little box or ?plate? for my baby and an employee... took an extra step to go to our table and she offered us one. Then, the manager (I?m assuming) went to our table to make sureeverything was fine. Such little details that make a difference. Thank you guys! Read more
