If I could put 0 starts I would. Last weekend I had friends from out of town and we visited this place for a quick coffee drive... thru and the coffee was all cold, order was not done right and the attitude- I don?t even want to mention. Right now I justvisited again but this time I went inside. Mind you there was only 1 car in drive thru and two employees. This guy with dreadstold me he would be right with me 3 different times, the third time I just stood quiet and walked away, he then speaks out loudand says ?whatever then? as I?m walking away. All of the food tasted like bleach. It's like they tried to clean the store because it was slow, but didn't actually rinse... anything off. Completely inedible and disgusting. They also claimed they were out of anything that would take any effort tomake, and they never even heated up the stuffed bagel minis. Read more
I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. This is what I found when I got home. Never again!
Employees were rude and very short with us. They didn't have anything that I actually wanted to order, no hashbrowns, ketchup,... eggs, or caramel for the coffee I requested. This store needs a new manager to train it's employees on common courtesy as wellas ordering supplies for its store. Would not recommend this store to anyone. We have not been to this store in awhile as wellbecause of these reasons, obviously nothing has changed. If I could give it a zero stars I would. Will NOT be going back thereever again period. This is a modern Dunkin?. It offers club chairs, and USB outlets. It?s very small, but conveniently located and near the mall so... you can get your Dunks on before shopping. Staff is friendly and efficient. Read more
Worst Dunkin ever! Have gone on multiple occasions and have had to wait over 10 minutes for a cup of coffee. How do you not have... a pot of coffee ready! Worst customer service ever! Definitely need new management. Read more
