You all used to claim to be freaky fast. Last 3 times I?ve ordered it?s taken between 40 minutes to an hour and a half. Also,... read the customer requests. It?s not hard to throw in a few napkins and cut a sandwich in half. Update: Still don?t know how tofollow instructions. If someone orders da drink you put a straw in the bag. If someone orders food, you put napkins in the bag.I would expect this from McDonald?s. Read more
Outstanding! Jimmy John?s does not disappoint! The food was awesome - made with fresh bread and cold cuts, and even fresher... veggies. Our sandwiches were made quickly and were really, really good! I have seen the advertisements on television and I was prepared to be impressed. I am so disappointed that I was not and let me... tell you why. I ordered from their board something called a Pepe but I was not allowed to see how it was being prepared or tohave any choices. When I arrived home and opened up the wrapping saw a lot of bread and not a lot of food. I ordered a 16 insandwich but I would have been happy with the 8 in. So there was no other choice on having extra lettuce or what kind of cheesethat you would want or what kind of dressing that you would want. At first I was wondering where the cheese was but I wentlooking for it and I found it. The amount of ham was out of wood and the tomatoes for adequate. I felt the mayonnaise have beenslathered on too much for me. My first impression besides too much bread was where's the lettuce! I didn't like the fact that Icould not see the sandwich being made even though the establishment appeared to be very clean my employees were pleasant. I alsofound something gray on the ham now I'm no expert but doesn't that mean it's going bad? I really don't know the answer to that.It seems to me that sandwiches were heavy on a roast beef and turkey and I think there was a tuna sandwich none of the abovethat I cared for. I would have liked to have had a pastrami or corned beef but that wasn't on the menu. sandwiches are sopersonal and someone else made love their sandwiches it just wasn't for me regrettably. Overall we enjoy Jersey Mike's allot more. JJ food quality has went down and their menu is very limited. They nickel and dime... everything and have inflated their prices. Honestly I don't see them staying in business very much longer. Read more
