Went on a Saturday evening and was seated immediately. Bri was our waitress and she was fantastic! Very friendly, helpful, and... checked in on us. Pork chops and steak were cooked great. Overall, a great experience. Definitely recommend her and hope to haveher in the future! Also went last week and was served by Devan. He was very helpful and made sure everything was cooked to howwe liked and made sure we had everything we needed. Another great experience! Read more
Our waitress Tammy was an excellent waitress. She's very personable, professional and checked us multiple times. Shenique I... believe a manager or assistant manager. She reseated us because the first table was a bit cool (under a vent). The food wasdelicious and hot. What a wonderful experience. My husband and I went in last night to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary! Our server's name was Summer and she was the... BEST! Very friendly, professional, and brought out everything on time and delicious! She introduced us to the General Managerand they even comped our dessert, which was not necessary. Food was really good! I ordered a pecan blue cheese salad and French onion soup for delivery through Uber eats. I am in the hospital and was really... looking forward to this soup and salad since I haven?t been eating much of the hospital food. The soup had spilled out all onthe bag and broke through the small bag and spilled all over me and the hospital bedding as I pulled the bag out. The soup bowlwas about half full and not even warm. The salad was not even half filled in the bowl with barely any blue cheese crumbles orpecans. To say I?m upset is an understatement. These would not have been the portion sizes if I ate in the store. The lack ofproperly closing and wrapping the soup to ensure it would not spill is a major issue. I was also not provided any utensils ornapkins even though I specifically asked for them. The Hostess was so rude, I was standing right in front of her and she ignored me talked right over me. Then another Hostess... showed up she was the one that seated us. Really gross :/ I ordered a salmon, with broccoli and mashed potatoes. I also ordered a side of macaroni and cheese. Salmon was... shredding apart weirdly with slivers of fat and slime all throughout. I eat salmon almost 4 times a week and this one was justsuper poor quality and weird. The broccoli seemed like it was boiled in water or steamed from frozen. It mushed so easily undermy fork? it wasn?t seasoned. It was just, mush. The macaroni and cheese was SO DRY. And tasteless. How do you mess up macaroniand cheese??? It was all so gross. I feel like I just ordered a salmon from Applebees. I expected more from Outback. HonestlyApplebees is probably better.
