Disappointed in my most recent experience at Panera. I ordered the Asian Sesame Chicken Salad, which apparently came with a side... of flies. From the photos, you can see a wing and that it was about as big as an almond. It took everything in me to keep whatI?d already eaten down? In addition to that, they?re still refusing to refund the order when all of it was thrown away! Thequality just has not been the same the last couple of years. I haven't been to a Panera breads in 15 years so we decided to go and the food was terrible and the prices are outrageous for... what you get which is bad food. They didn't have the sandwich that I got years ago which was a portobello mushroom sandwich. Iknow menus change but that was decent as I remember but I had some spicy chicken sandwich thing this time and it was awful itwill never return to this place. My kids got a cheese pizza and they ate half of it and they always eat cheese pizza but notthis time. They did like the lemonade but that was it. I love this place, but just watched a man walk out to his car with a plate- did not return it, then proceeded to the back of his... car to dig out two cups to refill then go back to his car. He put on his I love Jesus hat then proceeded back to get anotherrefill of soda, put that in his car and came back in again with another cup, took a selfie and then went back in again!! He tookoff his I love Jesus hat and he had his phone out looking like he was videoing, then sat down. He realized that I was watchinghim, he was taking pictures of his mug, etc?.how pathetic can people be!!! I didn?t want a confrontation with anyone, but peoplelike this are ruining businesses.. After having good service in past, I had an experience with a manager by the name of Doug Smith, who actually began denigrating... me because he said the cups were taken all to the back because customers are stealing cups. He then was very hostile and saidthe sip club coffee I ordered did not show up on the order and I had better not do that again. I don't know what he wastalking about and the cashier must have seen the free sip cup beverage on order and gave me the cup. Nice staff. Weirdmanager. Stay away from that person. Read more
Panera used to be our quick weekday dinner when we didn't have time to cook something. I understand that there is a labor... shortage, a supply disruption, a pandemic and whatever the world is going through now, but there is nothing other than lazinessand total disregard to explain grilling a grilled cheese sandwich with the paper still stuck on the cheese. Food is good but it took over 20 mins for a pick two. For a fast food place thats forever. Overheard a lot of complaints while... i waiting. Noticed that prices have gone up and size went down. Instead of half a panini i got 1/4. The bread piece wasbigger than my panini. Panera Bread for the most part is always consistent. I love the peach blueberry smoothie and the strawberry banana smoothie is... too sweet in my opinion but my boyfriend loved it. The chipotle avocado chicken sandwich was really yummy and the tuna sandwichwas good too but I wish they would?ve added more tuna. The Mac and cheese was too salty so we didn?t eat that. The warmchocolate chip cookie will always be my fav! So yummy! Read more
