First, let me just say that I'm Italian so I'm rather critical when it comes to Italian food. Second, I went here for lunch with... a few friends and there were barely any people in the restaurant at the time we were there. The waitress, Maria, was very niceonce we were acknowledged. And I believe she was the only server there from what I could tell. After she took all of our orders,it felt like our food took forever. Like I said, the restaurant was almost empty. The iced tea was horrible so a few of us hadto exchange it for a soda. I ordered the soup and salad lunch special. The only soup choice for the special was pasta e fagiole.I didn't like the fact there wasn't any other soup option. However, the soup was very good. The salad wasn't bad either but itdidn't have any arugula in it which should be a staple at an Italian restaurant in my personal opinion. The meal also came withgarlic bread buns. This should have been the highlight due to other reviews. However, although the bread itself was very softand very good but the garlic and oil on it had a very funny taste to it that was indescribable. All in all, not my favorite byfar. Worth the money? Perhaps, yes. But, I could have had better at home. Ciao! Read more

We ordered 2 large pizzas, salad and garlic rolls. When we got home with the food, we realized 1 of the pizzas had pineapple on... it and we didn’t order that topping at all. I checked the receipt to make sure the order was right - no pineapple - and itwas. We live 25 minutes away from this place. We called to say the pizza was made wrong and they seemed like it wasn’t a bigdeal. We drove all the way back there with the wrong pizza to get the pizza we actually paid for. They made us the correct oneand then told us to keep the gross pizza we didn’t want. I mean really??? How about a refund or something else that weactually like? Honestly, we won’t be visiting this place again. They really need to work on customer service and realize howinconvenienced we were by driving there and back twice (Not to mention the gas we wasted). The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Last weekend I purchased their seafood pasta and a Stromboli. My husband... called and dealt with the most unhappy incompetent employee. He had to repeat the order back more than 3x to get it right andthe prices were absurd. When he picked it up, all the sides were missing. That didn’t surprise me. We decided to give themanother shot this weekend and once again a different employee who speaks like a slug and could not get the order right.. theorder was a salad and a Stromboli. After repeating the order multiple times again we called back and cancelled the orderimmediately. Do not go here. If calling to place an order alone doesn’t chase you away already, their prices should. Read more

I have to say, the food is not bad, but the staff is just on another level unprofessional. I sat there for the first time with... my husband and 16 month old baby. They refused to give us a high chair because it would block the walkway for people coming in.So I had my toddler sitting in the booth next to me. The food took 45 min to arrive, and once it arrived it was scorching hottand the waitress finds it smart to put the plate that she even said was super hott right in front of my daughter. You have awhole table that is pretty much empty, but you place a hott plate right in front of a baby? She of course, before I can stopher, places her hand in the food and screams at the top of her lungs. I take her outside and calm her down out of respect forothers sitting inside the restaurant. Once she calms down, I bring her back to the table and I hear the staff in the back goingaround asking if they are high or not. I literally heard the entire staff confessing if they were or not. Highly inappropriateand classless. I don’t need to hear that, when sitting down with my family for a nice dinner. To add to this, we asked for ourdrinks multiple times before they came out. I really hope the manager was not partaking in this conversation, and if he/she wasnot, I would really consider either training your staff on professionalism or hiring new employees. Read more

I ordered a cheese calzone for lunch waited 25 minutes for it to be ready meanwhile I need to get back to work. I go inside from... sitting in my car waiting the order was never put in the oven by the cook. Instead of saying sorry they said come back for yourrefund unbelievable I will never eat there again they wasted my time, didn't apologize, and didn't even say hey we'll make you afree one on us they said you can wait another 25 minutes real nice! The pepperoni pizza is always delicious. The crust is thin, but not cracker like & the mozzarella cheese is that perfect blend:... salty & melty. Also, if you want to add a side, I recommend the garlic. They are rolls so yummy! Read more
