We had to order on a kiosk and pick up our food when it was ready, yet we were asked to leave a tip when we ordered. There... wasn?t a single clean table in the place, and it wasn?t busy. There were only two other tables occupied, each with only 2people. I informed an employee about the dirty tables and he apologized and said he would take care of it. No one ever came outto clean tables while we were there. Our food was not hot - only warm like they waited to give us our food. I used to Love Steakand Shake, this visit was so disappointing that I really don?t know if I?ll return to this particular one. Read more
No issues. We don?t have these up north so we love to stop at them when we are away. Everything came out as ordered, everyone... was pleasant. Food and shakes were awesome and price was right! Wish they had these where we live! Read more
They closed the store at 11:30 even though the advertised time says midnight. Some bad black guy comes outside and says with a... bad attitude ?drive thru is closed?, I asked if th store is closed cause it wasn?t midnight yet and he just turns his back andwalk away. This place was very clean which is always desired to be eating at. They have convenient kiosks to order by yourself and the... service was very fast. Food was very yummy, burgers were juicy and the milkshakes very satisfying. This is definitely a goodplace to stop and have a nice, quick and not expensive meal. Read more
I had a double cheeseburger and it was delicious. The meat tasted fresh. But it wasn?t at all how I ordered it. I wanted no bun,... no onion but with a pickle. I got it plain no pickle with a bun. So upsetting. After working a 14 hour day all I wanted was a burger, fries and a shake. Drove 20 mins out of my way. The girl... who took my order was SO rude and mean. I paid for a burger fries and a shake, but she never put the fries in my bag. Of courseI didn?t inspect it before driving away, and there was a line of 10 very impatient cars behind me, who have been waitingforever, and I would have been honked at. Sorry I expected for my order to be put correctly in the bag. No, I wasn?t going toturn around and drive 20 minutes back to the restaurant for some French fries. I did try calling them to let them know but theynever answer their phone. I called like 10 times yesterday and today and nothing. How funny, a restaurant literally cannot evenprovide the basic functions of service. They cannot provide the food their customers pay for, be polite and nice when speakingto customers, or even answer their phones. Another example of the demise of customer service, everywhere you go.
