They need to keep merchandise off the floor and out of carts so customers can use them.

What a great store! I never have to wait long and all the staff is friendly. Karma always has a big smile and Michelle in the... kitchen makes great pizza and I always tell her so. I love that she always closes with "I appreciate you." On the phone when youorder. You would do well to train the whole chain with Michelle and Karma.
