Not sure why their food is always stale even though it's warm... maybe the oil is reused too much or they fry too much in... advance. But the fries are always cardboard texture. Not fresh and hot, gentle crisp outside, soft inside like other locations.Needs major improvement. Not sure why their food tastes worse here. Compare it to the KOP location and see for yourself. Really dissatisfied with the quality of service I received today in the drive through line. After waiting for 30 minutes from... entering the line to receiving my food, I got home only to see that I was given the wrong sizes for my food orders. The workerwho took the order was not pleasant to speak with either. I understand it?s busy, but I?m still paying for the food and expectto receive what I ordered. Read more
The food is good as expected, but I?m going to take a break from this restaurant. The lines are crazy. It?s a product of your... own success. I made the mistake of choosing the inner drive through lane and got stuck waiting 30 minutes to get served. Also,having kids stand outside in the rain to take drive through orders is pretty low. The kid that took my order said the rainwasn?t that bad because he had been out there on a 13 degree day last winter too? not cool. Read more

This place never disappoints. Visited during peak lunch hours. Even though there was a long queue ahead of me, the service was... super quick. We had a family of 4, the order was taken patiently and confirmed before leaving the counter. Food came out soonenough. Hot. One suggestion. They should keep a close eye on the waste collectors. So, I ordered some lunch for my son and a sandwich for me while we were running around. I ordered on the app and picked up... inside. It was busy, as per this location?s usual, but food was hot and ready on time. I was on my ride home and hadn?t openedmy sandwich yet when I got a call from Chickfila. I answered and it was a very nice young woman who was calling to tell me shehad made a mistake on my order and wanted to offer me a complimentary meal to make it up to me. I was so fully pleasantlydisarmed, I couldn?t be upset in the slightest. As far as fast food goes, mistakes happen but calling to take responsibility andthen remedy? That?s something above and beyond today. And it was an honest mistake, she had just left off the tomato andlettuce, everything else was correct. Who doesn't love Chick-fil-A!? It's amazing. 4 stars because the grilled nuggets have dairy in them now (boo) and you are closed... on Sundays. Don't you know on Sunday everyone craves Chick-fil-A?? Love the fries and sweet tea always. Read more
