Every time I order from this location they are putting to much ice in coffee I think they are selling ice instead of coffee they... are cheating the customer one time I asked for less ice they wants to charge me extra for less ice and they are specialized inarguing and rude attitude with drive through customers this location employees needs to train how to talk with customers andmake them happy it's called customer service simple if you guys don't know how to run and operate franchise please give to someone easl so they will run better the you guys. Manager at this location is extremely rude. I ordered online and paid for the order. I went to pick it up in drive thru and... was told they never received the order. I showed proof of the paid receipt and order he said he never got the order and herefused to give food or refund despite having proof and receipt. I was shocked of how incredibly rude he was! Horribleexperience and this gentlemen should never be managing a Dunkin?, terrible for the brand. I will never go to this locationagain and will drive 10 minutes further to another Dunkin?. Read more
I am one to never write reviews but I will never go back to this Dunkin in royersford again. They mess up my order every other... time I go. I ordered an iced coffee one time and they gave me a hot coffee. Today I just ordered a iced latte with whole milkand they made it with oat milk. The employees working the drive through are rude as well. My bf asked for an extra minute tofigure out what we were wanted to order exactly and the older man working the drive through got all upset. He said ?well you hadall that time in line to figure out what you wanted?. We didn?t even have that much time and we were looking at the menu onlinebecause you can?t even look at the actual menu that?s right there when you go to order. I love Dunkin? Donuts and I?ve never had a problem with any of their food or drinks or employee attitudes. But this location in... Royersford PA is horrible and I?m never going back to this one again and neither should you. The older man at the drive throughhas a horrible attitude towards me every time I?m there and seems to be that way for a lot of people according to the otherreviews. If you need extra time like I did, he?ll say to you like he said to me ?you?ve been in line all this time so youshould know what you want but okay? and becomes impatient after. But yet, I?ll give him a simple order and a clear descriptionof what I want and he will still mess up my order. If your going to become impatient about how fast someone is ordering youmight as well doing it right. Today was the last time I?ll be there after he messed up my order yet for at least the 5th timenow. I asked for a iced coffee with whole milk and he gave me oat milk in it after even asking to make sure he said ?wholemilk?? and I said yes. I also ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel and my bagel was burned almost completely and itruined the sandwich so I ate everything else besides the bagel itself. This place I use to frequent only out of convenience due to proximity of the store location from my house, however I will no... longer be coming here again. I have had SEVERAL bad experiences here and yet I still continued to patronize this place but thisis the last straw. I went yesterday and bought my daughter breakfast in which she had ordered the wake up wrap and the egg on itwas uncooked and runny and she immediately started to feel sick. She took one bite and was unable to finish as a result so Icalled and the owner who is the older gentleman every one is referring to that is extremely rude and disrespectful at times. Icame this morning to get coffee and pick up my refund that I requested and when I went to pay I gave him the exact amount and Iguess he miscounted and thought I tried to shirt change him and immediately demanded that I ?Give him more money? so I pausedand just looked at him because I was stunned at what he just said and then he recounted and said oh you?re right?. Coffee is good but the attitude of the older man employee who works the drive thru window is just horrible! He kept telling me... to hurry up hurry up and take the change immediately after handing me the HOT coffee to which I was trying to put in the cupholder so it didn't spill nor burn me! Rude. They are so rude. I just left this dunkin and I will never go back. They rush you to order. Give me a second I?m trying... to order for 4 people.
