Fries always cardboard. Service always slow. I'm not sure if they prefrontal the fried then dump them back in oil to heat them... uo but the fries here are gross! They are always overly chewy and crispy how idk. Fries are hot and stale, how idk. Something isoff here. $3 for a hash brown now? At least make it worth it. Read more

We were body shamed for ordering a 20 piece nugget by a blond little girl with... glasses who resembled the young orphan from ?Meet the Robinsons?.She talked about us infront of our faces but did not bothersaying it to our faces. I would ABSOLUTELY give this McDonald?s a Zero if I could. Today was my last straw with this location. Any other time I have... came to this location at night the night staff is horrible. Not even mediocre customer service. But today I went in and orderedfrom the kiosk around 3:30 pm and as I?m waiting for my food I notice the guy I?m the food line sticking his gloved hand intothe drawer of lettuce and putting it in his mouth and then putting it back in the lettuce to get another fist full for his mouthlike a hungry gerbal. I noticed he was making my food and I told one of the other workers to tell him to take his gloves off andremake my sandwich. This guy looked to be about mid 30s which you would think would come with common sense but I forget thatsome people lack it. I was disgusted that he found that to be okay! Went to this McDonald's drive thru around 7:20pm on a Monday night. Not busy. There was only 1 car ahead of me. After placing my... order, I pulled up, paid and sat for several minutes waiting for the car ahead of me to get their order. They were not asked topull forward. Finally got their order, left, and I pulled up to the window and they verified my order. Sat another minute. Cameback and said they're waiting on fries. Waited more. Finally got my order and drove home. Pulled the fries out of the bag andsaw the half empty container in the picture. Checked the bag and nothing spilled out. I paid over $2 for that?!?
