Every week the dumpster for suite 504 (Palermo?s pizza) is overflowing. Boxes, trash, and food are on the ground and blow all... over the place. It ends up in the kids playground of the school at the other end of the lot. I think the issue is simply thatthe boxes aren?t being broken down to lay flat to the dumpster fills up fast. I don?t like to write negative reviews unless I?m highly dissatisfied. I ordered from here for the first time today. It was... about 9pm, an hour before closing. I got a large pizza and order of fries and paid $28. The pizza was soggy, way too much sauce.The interior didn?t look that clean. The dining room floor was being swept as I paid for my food and it was sooo much food/trashbeing swept up. Behind the counter needed cleaning as well. It looked like 9pm was the first time they cleaned the place allday. Overpriced food that doesn?t taste good as well as an unclean restaurant. I hope you guys use the review to improve and dobetter but I will not be back. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. Read more

This past December I took my daughter and a few of her friends to Urban Air next store for her 4th birthday. Since their... birthday package was a little too expensive for me I called Palermo's and asked if they wouldn't mind me bringing the girlsthere for pizza and cake afterwards. I cannot believe how amazing they were! All of the workers were so pleasant and helpful.They brought out our pizzas, chicken tenders, drinks, utensils for us and set them on a table to the side. They even let us pulltables together and put all kinds of decorations up. We probably had about 20 people total and we had PLENTLY of space. Ofcourse, all of the food was delicious. I cannot get over how positive of an experience we had! Palermo's was such a huge help ingiving my daughter the best possible 4th birthday party! Thank you! Read more
Absolutely terrible!!!! I ordered through the Slice app for delivery for Palermo's. The order was delivered 30 minutes past the... estimated time. Ok it's Friday night...I could have looked passed it being late; however, the food was terrible! The margheritapizza was made wrong! The steak sandwich has stale bread which was also soggy and it fell apart as soon as I picked it up. (Asan aside, I say steak sandwich bc if you don't pay $.50 for "extra"cheese, you don't get any cheese at all!) I contacted Slice'sonline chat since that's who my money went to and they contacted the pizza shop. Palermo's said there was nothing they can dobecause they haven't had any complaints today about any other orders. So I guess my complaint doesn't matter?!?!? Very expensive with not getting much for your money. Ordered margarita flatbread, was 70% crust, 30% toppings. Add on item was... onion, extra charge , very little put on. Side salad, add on was mozzarella cheese, a pinch was put on, paid extra, total ripjob. Read more
