Service was fast and it ran very efficiently for a very small store. Staff was very friendly and I found no flaws in the order.

Omg? When I came here, I was expecting to have just a nice drink, but then the customer service was TERRIBLE!! Like literally... when I went up to have my order taken, this chick was just staring at me for a second, and then started looking all over, and itkinda looked like she was doing a little dance. She never asked what I wanted or even greeted me at all with a smile. I had toask her politely if she was ready to take my order, she nodded her head, so I told her what drinks I wanted. Then at the end Igot the wrong drink sizes. I got 2 tiny drinks when I asked for the biggest size for one of them and the medium for the other. Iwas still charged for the big size too even though I never got that size. My drink was ok, but the other one of the same drinkwas terrible. Slowest service ever experienced and not even busy. Employees too busy having chit chat and side conversations and were confused... about who was making the order. Then while the one employee did nothing, (with a line of 3 people waiting for drinks...I don'tknow maybe help assist make the drinks considering no one else was in line), complained for 5 minutes about how the servers inCalifornia make $15 an hour. I ordered a venti, I was charged for a venti, I was given a grande. I asked ?didn?t I get a venti?? And the staff was rude and... tried explaining the sizes to me which I already know very well considering I go to Starbucks 5 times a week. Just normally notthis one. And I will never come while these two employees are working here again. I took my grande and left. Tears in my eyes.Thanks for ruining my day. Read more

The manager of this location is an absolute horrible display of customer service. Employees of both the target and Starbucks... gave me false information. I came to the store when I was informed they opened at 7am and it was incorrect. Rather thenassisting me, she spoke harshly and refused to allow me to finish a sentence. I have decided to go to a different target andStarbucks due to her brash and frankly disturbing behavior and this is a prime example of who not to be as a manager. Read more

The lady tried to overcharge me with a drink I get every week. When I explained to her I was just there Monday (went Wednesday)... she responded that the workers were just lenient with me. I explained to her it?s still always been the same price and she justresponded with that she is the manager. How does her being the manager have anything to do with her overcharging with a drink Ihave been getting for years?? I?ll just go to the actual Starbucks across the street where they are more friendly and actuallycharge me the right amount. Read more
