I ordered my latte and received almond milk instead of oat milk and on top of that it tastes like watered down, old coffee. I... also ordered a tomato mozzarella sandwich and there?s hardly anything in the sandwich. The first four bites were all bread. Idon?t live in the area so I was on the road before I noticed any of these things and frankly didn?t have any time to go backand complain either. the woman who was working at the window was extremely pleasant perhaps just a bad day or an unlucky orderbut it?s always super disappointing when you?re excited to treat yourself to something and not only one of the things but all ofthe things you purchased are unsatisfactory. Actually, it's one of my favourite Starbucks. They deliver decent-sized pupachinos, and if you ask, they'll frequently teach you... the ASL sign of the day. Drive-throughs frequently move quickly, and the staff makes every effort to understand your order. WhenI go here, my order is usually always accurate. Read more

So I have been going to this Starbucks for 2 years and in the last year it has been complete trash. They are always polite and... they are a busy bunch but still manage to be timely. With that said , out of 130 orders they have gotten 2 right . You willnever get veranda as they don't make it . I have routinely seen them just put pike in. If you call them out on it they make a"blond" Americano which is just watered down espresso. It's sad because this used to be the one to go to. I hate giving badreviews and rarely do it. Read more
The hours here seem like they may be a little inconsistent, but that seems to be the norm anymore ever since covid. Hours... aside, the staff here are always really friendly and they seem to have no issues with accommodating special requests with ease.Glad we have an option other than Dunkin or Wawa available when some of the smaller mom and pop places are closed!! Friendly and welcoming baristas! Atmosphere is awesome & has comfortable seating! Service is quick and best baristas who always... make my drink perfect :) Cozy atmosphere and clean environment!!
