Very good service and store was extremely clean, even the bathrooms :). There was a line and yet the sandwich artist handled the... rush efficiently and didn?t get frustrated or flustered. Whoever prepared my order via Uber Eats yesterday (1/18) messed it up pretty bad. It would have been fine if someone just called... me to let me know that they didn't have everything they needed (provolone cheese and a specific type of cookie) to fulfill myorder. I would have totally worked with what ya had. My customized sub was hardly customized at that point lol. My phone numberwas readily available with my order info. Seems to me that this individual is TRYING to get fired or something. I didn't want totake the time to dispute it when it happened because I was so hungry and just wanted to eat lmao, but that's my first and lasttime ordering from this location. (Edit: I forgot to mention the sub was wrapped very poorly. But seriously, a call would havebeen great. It doesn't matter how busy you are. When I'm at my job and I mess something up I take ownership and correct it evenwhen I have several other customers I'm dealing with. Jeez.) Read more
