Utterly disappointed with my experience at this location. After waiting TWENTY minutes for our order, we get home and two items... were missing. The food was AWFUL, mushy, cold and undercooked. The mashed potatoes were mainly gravy and the soda tasted likewater. Over $30 for our order and most of it ended up in the trash. As a person who worked in the restaurant industry for manyyears, I would have been ashamed to have served food like that. I will no longer be giving my money or business to any Taco bellor KFC after this horrible experience. Read more
Very disappointed. Ordered the #3 combo of burrito supreme and soft taco, both chicken. The burrito supreme was SMALL. I... couldnt tell it apart from the cheesy bean burrito that's 1/3 the price. There were like 2 small pieces of chicken in the wholething. The soft taco was beef instead of the chicken I asked. Sigh. Read more
Every time I purchase food at this location, no matter how many times I tell them how I want it, they always manage to get it... wrong. Keep in mind i?ve been going to this location for 5+ years now and nothing has changed. I don?t understand what?s so hardabout removing lettuce or other minuscule changes to my food. Very unorganized location, would not recommend going here. If yourcraving taco bell go to any other location if you want your food to be correct, do not have them mess up your food. Read more
1/17/2022 update: Still a disappointment. My quesadilla today was stone cold, the cheese wasn't melted, and my Dr Pepper was... obviously FROZEN and DEFROSTED for resale. Completely flat tasting. I don't know who is running the show there, but it'sridiculous how terrible the quality is. Someone from corporate should set them straight. ---------------- Really adisappointing location. They have messed up every order I've ever gotten since moving here 3 years ago. The chicken quesadillais my go to, and it's always cold, with pieces of lettuce littered throughout it. Tried to submit feedback on the Taco Bell website, but evidently they don't really want to hear it because that feature does not... work so I'll do it publicly. I do not have high, or even moderately high expectations for fast food, but this place needs help.Doors locked 1.5 hours before dining room said to be open on the door, drive-thru order-taker clearly bothered to have to takean order, and food was terrible. Stale and soggy taco shells, crunchwrap supreme with no meat and all other ingredients inpiles, and cold nacho fries. I don't do fast food often, but will never return to this store. If you "can't find anyone" tomanager your store, close it - service and a product like this will slowly kill your brand. Read more
