I go to this Wawa at least once a day as it's right down the street from me. There is a young person that works there named Fae... who has consistently delivered excellent customer service to me every single time I visit. Great sandwiches, fast service, but this time the tuna sandwich was made sloppy, bread broken, and it looks smaller than usual.... Taste good, but had to eat with a fork! Soup was very good and coffee too. This is a busy store, lots of cars in the parkinglot. Thanks! Read more
Was here with my fiance for lunch on the 4th and they were slammed, looked like with new employees too. My hoagie was made... incorrectly, went to an employee, and she immediately got to making me the right order -- at a larger size too! Ordered a smoothie. They put too much in it was overflowing on the sides. Put a lid on a handed it to me. I asked them to... wipe it off, which they kind of did. Picked it up with a napkin. Didn't even make it to the car before it slipped out of myhand because there wasn't a single place on the cup that wasn't covered in smoothie. Just left it there. If they are going tocare that little in the first place, its just not worth the time or effort. If its not right, refuse to accept it, and havethem make it again the right way. Most of the employees are not bad, the try to treat you with respect and politeness, then there are the ones who excel customer... service, but it's only one or two, and they dont last long enough. The the really young, rude, obnoxious kids who have theirfriends in the store hanging at the check out talking to them while they are supposed to be giving the customer their undecidedattention. But actually go out of their way to ignore you. One time the girl was handing me my paper change while looking andtalking to her boyfriend hanging in the store disrupting the employees. I had to grab it from her hand, then I said thank you ofcourse, but she never looked back. Amazing! I wanted to point it out to the manager I was so angry, but I went on my way. O andPLEASE put out hash browns by 5am!!! I have to work early and sometimes they are out and sometimes not. Gotta keep them comingout. And find a way to cook them consistently, and a little more done. They tend to stick to the bags when they are under cookedand all soggy. Maybe test one before serving to the public. Went it about 8 or 9 AM on a Monday morning. It felt as if the entire staff had some personal vendetta against me!!! There were... no friendly greetings or smiles or eye contact. The one cashier acted as if I was bothering her just by being there as acustomer! Very rude employees and how they conducted themselves. The lady that made my sandwich, which was the only good thing,the sandwich, practically threw it at me when done making it. On my way out, I decided to grab a coffee and a water, and tried adifferent cashier. No luck there! She acted as if I wasn't planning on buying the coffee, pretty much insisting that I have tobuy it, which is why I was there in the first place! Man, lets get some professional employees here please! Don't buy their french frys, they are soggy and super floppy, would not recommend
