I go to the college across the street and my family came to visit and I decided to take them and eat at this restaurant. The... food was great, but one of the servers was a complete jerk to my family because we paid over $100 and didn?t give him a goodenough tip. He came out of the restaurant and asked for more on his tip but we gave him all of the extra cash we had already. Hethen gave a rude remark and said he wouldn?t serve us anymore. Very rude. We came in and ordered two large pizzas and calamari. The pizza was five star, but the calamari was just ok. Our waitress,... Iris was on top of her game. She was kind, and had a great attitude, and our drinks were never empty. We fed a family of 5with appetizers, drinks, and leftover pizza for under $70. 10/10 we will be back again. Read more
Food was okay but service was rude. We ate here twice. Eating in the waitress was nice and we had an okay experience but not... memorable so we figured we would try again. Ordering over the phone the man was very rude and clipped. When we picked up heforgot some of our order and when my husband tried telling him he was rude saying he's going to help take orders behind himinstead of just taking 5 seconds to grab the rest. Green peppers were soggy almost spoiled. I don't think we will return,doesn't taste good enough for the attitude and dismissal when there is another pizza place literally across the street. Read more

Our first time visiting was yesterday. Overall, the experience was decent. Not super good and not necessarily bad. The bread... was amazing. The service was decent. I ordered the Shrimp Alvaro. The pasta was cooked well, and the shrimp was good. But thesauce was pretty thin. I couldn?t taste it on the pasta without first dipping the forkful of pasta into the accumulated runnysauce on the side with every bite. My husband got the lasagna. It was ok. The thing that bothered me the most was that there wasno soap In the bathroom at all. No soap dispenser, no half empty bottle, nothing. That freaked me out because I didn?t noticeuntil after I had eaten. Did they wash their hands before making our food? Are their hands clean? I decided to have an order delivered from Luigis via doordash. I ordered online and requested changes to the food. Moments after... ordering, an employee from the restaurant contacted me "to confirm my request so that he can ensure my food is made the way I'dlike it". That effort alone speaks volumes about this establishment. The gent I spoke with was very kind, thoughtful, efficient,polite, and helpful. He represented this business well and left a lasting impression on my end. I received my food in less than30 minutes and it was perfect. He even included an assortment of rolls and bread, without a request from me. The doordash driverwas wonderful as well. He was quick, efficient, polite, and professional.
