This is the most pitiful McDonald?s I have ever been too. How can the staff here not understand the basic difference between... Sweet and Unsweet tea? Between their inability to cook French fries they can?t handle tea. One has to wonder if the people takethe order have hearing disabilities or they are just trying to compete in the Special Olympics. I am not one to typically give a bad review, I only give good reviews or no review at all, but enough is enough with this... McDonalds in Royse City. For starters what is up with Sprite, why can you not get a sprite???? Why are the french fries alwayscold? Why is the ice cream machine always broke? I let all this go and continue to take my business there anyway. But today wasthe day that sent me over the edge. THE ADULT HAPPY MEAL!!! I could careless, but my autistic son was very excited. I understandthat I was too late and they were already sold out of them. I get it and I was disappointed but understood. It was when I askedif they were going to get more. THE MANAGER was an A$$Hat about it. Flailing Arms and gestures yelling, "WE ARE OUT, ALL SOLDOUT!!" No sir, not today, not with me. I had to get right with GOD and just pull away. I don't like to feed my kids McDonald's often but when I do, I'd like the toys to match the advertisement. I have several times... over the years, received an old toy from the Royse City location. Thought my kids would like the most recent Pixar Cars toys butinstead the Cars happy meal box came with a Luca toy... From like a year ago. Today I ordered 2 burritos, 3 hashbrowns, and a carmel frappee. I received the drink and 2 burritos. NO HASHBROWNS. I called... the store and was told they did not have my order and that was that. Absolutely the worse customer service I?ve ever experienced! In the last year, the store here in RC has hired nothing but rude,... incompetent, couldn?t careless employees. I have to wonder if the management has the same attitude for them not to notice howthe disposition of each employee up there negatively affecting the costumer service. It?s a small town and people talk and I canpromise you this is a constant problem with many locals.
