If I could give a 0 I would. This place does not answer the phone and it is the most annoying thing ever. I placed my order... through the website like always and forgot to order a drink so I called and called and no one will answer. The call center can'tdo anything about it! The last time we ordered the delivery driver accused me of not tiping which I had and always do. I calledpizza hut immediately and they were going to look into this and call me back but never did. I tried to call them back the nextday but again no one answers the phone! I think out of the 15 times I have ordered from here it's been correct, fast and hotonce. Soo frustrating!! Read more
I definitely am not the kind of person to post bad reviews but this time I feel I need to. We ordered tonight, the pizza with... boneless wings deal and didn?t get the boneless wings when delivered to the house. We tried to call to store multiple times butit kept going to a busy signal. I?m highly disappointed in this experience and will probably not be eating from this locationagain. It doesn?t make sense why I can?t get in touch with the store. Read more
Worst Pizza Order I ever had. The only reason I gave this one star was because it was the lowest rating allowed. It Took 40... minutes to deliver to deliver my Pizza. Crust was burnt. Pizza was cooked until it was dry. Called the store 4 times and thephone was never answered. Had to get dressed and drive several miles to take the Pizza back When I got there I explained why Iwas dissatisfied and wanted a refund. The female employee told me it was policy that a store credit be given. I requested themanager having to again explain why I wanted a refund although it was obvious looking at the Pizza. Manager refunded my money. Itold them I would never order another Pizza from that location. Especially after I saw the back area was in disarray and veryunsanitary looking. We just went in person to order a stuffed crust pizza, the price was ridiculously high, so I ask for the special and they... suggest to order it online which I actually did right away and make my order quick online, when I told her that I was havingtrouble with my payment she was like, oh, we just run out of stuff crust that?s why you payment can?t proceed. Like WTH!Seriously, you saw me rushing to make my order online and struggle knowing that I wanted a stuffed crust and wait until Iapproach to you to tell me you ring out of it! Omg! Pizza Hut in Royse City is horrible. Took over 45 min to get my pizza and I headed to the place way too early for pickup.... They said it be ready in 15 for pickup it's more like add 30 min to that. Got home with my pizza was good however they gave methe wrong wings. Had to back took another 20 min to cook the correct ones. Got home and my pizza was super cold. This is asecond time I have had it and both times service and employees don't care. Dominos down the street is much better, hot, nicestaff and a bit cheaper. Read more
I don't recommend Pizza Hut in Royse City.. I put online order in at 5:10 to pick up at 6pm. Knowing it only takes 15min to make... pizza.. Show up 5:50pm pay for my order, was told it be 15 minutes.. ok. Go get gas. Come back at 6:05 Cashier acknowledges I'mthere. I just stand and wait. 5 groups come and go with orders, delivery guy comes and goes. Two random people go in kitchen"they random because they in regular clothes.. shorts and t-shirt with vapes in hand" these people then start working cashierand talking to people in back.. no one has washed hands or put on gloves. Theses two then go back to car out front and smokethen back in to kitchen.. no gloves, nor washing hands. This is when I notice, no one is wearing gloves.. no one is inuniforms.. how do we know who actually works here.... Then 6:20 rolls by.. I asked where is my order. Was told my order wasalready picked up.. I stated no it hasn't, i only paid for it. Then 2minutes later they hand me my food. I noted that my wingsare missing. They grab a bag wings out. Without reading to see if they are mine. And go on with their evening.. By this time itis 6:30pm 30min after I was supposed get my food.. I ordered almost hour early. ALL of my food is cold. We were delivered the wrong pizza. A little frustrated but we understand mistakes happen, we tried to call Pizza Hut and let... them know so we could be delivered the correct pizza. We called for over 20 minutes and got no answer. We called customerservice and they said all they could do is continue transferring us to this location. Even more frustrated, I drive to Pizza Hutand let them know their mistake. I mentioned that we had been calling for over 20 minutes and their response was "we have beenbusy." While I was there I did not hear the phone ring once. They never apologized for the inconvenience or any type of attemptto rectify the situation. I requested a refund but because of the lack of customer service, I do NOT recommend ordering fromhere. Read more
I tried to order ahead on a tuesday night, called but no answer...completely Ridiculous, drove there to order and got charged... $43 for 2 large pizzas...took 25 minutes and both were cold when i got home and i live 10 minutes away!!! ???? never again!!! Read more
