Every single time I go through the drive through, halfway through my order the person will stop me and say, could repeat from?,... its always nearly from the 1st word I say. If you're going to work the drive thru, pay attention to the person giving theorder! Last night I ran by, ordered one drink & yet again I had to repeat. I get to the window and the girl doesn't take mycard, she puts a little machine out the window for me to do, I said, oh Ive never done this, she says well people don't know wehave a tip jar, on the screen was for tipping (it did include a ?no thanks?) I hit the ?no thanks? and said, I am not tippingsomeone for doing their job, she stated, well thats how we make our money, I stated, NO ITS NOT! You make a good hourly pay,she closes the window in my face! Another girl brought my drink to the window, no thx, no nothing! My grande caffe mocha for$5.95, it was not the way I ordered it! Customer service..poor! Read more

Apparently the employees here don?t understand what ?black coffee? means. I drove all the way here for a BLACK COFFEE just to... get home and find out it has sugar in it. For further reference, BLACK COFFEE = NO CREAM OR SUGAR. BLACK, AS IN NOTHING BUTCOFFEE. Not to mention the other two drinks that I ordered that are incorrect. Read more

The Starbucks in Royse City, Texas, was churning and burning this morning. I mean moving like grease lightning ????. Friendly... atmosphere with great service and happy smiles. The employees were on top of their game, mixing and matching the orders thatkept on coming. I saw a few high schoolers and thought for a moment that it was Saturday until I remembered the days long agowhen I too played hookie. (Skipped school). Some folks were typing away on their laptops and others were chit chatting amongsteach other. A great atmosphere. The only complaint I had was not having a place to stand or sit while waiting for our order. Read more

Let me start by saying I despise everything about Starbucks. If I had enough money I would purchase Starbucks to close it down... and you could get your terrible overpriced coffee somewhere else. However, my wife can't live without your fruity drinks. I amunfortunate enough to have to sit in the car on many of her trips to your establishment. What is up with the Royse Citylocation? You are always out of products, your line is significantly slower than other locations, and 9/10 times you get theorder wrong. Do better. Read more

Okay, let's give an honest review. I frequent this Starbucks a LOT. I come here almost everyday. I usually get the same exact... thing every single day. And it's always amazing. Most of their workers are very very nice. But I have encountered two girls whoaren't very... kind. I'm usually not that picky about someone's excitement to take an order. I've worked these jobs before, soi know its not always exciting to attend customers who at times are rude to you. but these two girls have always been so dry andsnappy. One of them took my order. I pulled up and she took my card and closed the window. I don't like that. That's not whatyou're supposed to do. She actually didn't give me my card back at all. I was in a rush and totally distracted (my fault) but Igrabbed my cakepops and drinks and left. Since I am used to getting my card back immediately, I sort of didn't check to see if Ihad it. Once again, this is totally on me too. But like I said, they aren't supposed to keep the card. I had to drive all theway from Costco back to Starbucks for my card to which when I called to ask if they had it she asked me if it was (insert colorshere) .... uhm yes. It is those colors, and I could totally be lying right now. I go into the store and I tell her that we justspoke on the phone and told her I was here for my card. She proceeded to almost hand it to me... then not. Asked me the name.Which I could see from where I was standing. Just... very very unprofessional. Horribly handled and I was very frustratedthinking as to how anyone could've lied and taken my card. Nonetheless, I love coming here... but these two ladies make it veryunpleasant at times. Sorry to say, but this is the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to. I?ve gone inside and waited 20 minutes for my drink, drive... through - 20 minutes and the drinks are poorly made. Granted, I?m not a Starbucks employee, but I would think the standards of adrink is to fill them to the top. Not an inch from being full. Picky? Sure, but I asked for an extra shot of espresso and Ididn?t even taste espresso. I?ve gone 3 times and it?s been a no go for me each time. I?ll drive to Rockwall from here on out. Read more
