Food was as to be expected of a McDonalds when it does finally come out since they gave your food to someone in the drive thru... on accident so your forced to ask them what's going on 30min later for them to not even have the order on the screen anymorethen suddenly it's ready in 5 seconds. I hope the girl in the front that helped us just started. Looked confused, but did manage to fix the mistakes of the order. Food... was still nice and warm and the coffee was great after they were handed to us. Good luck to you girl. Read more
What can you say, it's McDonald's..... you can clearly see the decline of their items, smaller sandwiches and an increase in... price. Nothing ever looks like the picture it represents, as a consumer you should receive exactly what you're PAYING for,especially since it's gotten more expensive. I mean it's a McDonald's. So you're probably familiar with the food. But everybody was really nice here and it's a new location... so the internals are still really new and the bathrooms were really clean which is great. They also have locks on thesebathrooms so shady people can't just walk in and use them and mess them up. Read more
Typical for a McDonald's tons of customers in the lobby waiting to be waited on, or waiting for their food, nobody at the front... counter, five people including myself trying to get a hold of an employee to unlock the men's bathroom to use to use it to washup and couldn't find a counter person as they were all in the back. Finally leaned over the counter and asked to use therestroom whereas an employee had to come from the back kitchen all the way around and walked to the men's bathroom to unlock it.Very inconvenient, other than that it was nice and cold in the restaurant, it was nice and clean, and the restaurant and thefood was your typical McDonald's meals. They remodeled this location to help improve the flow of cars but it didn't improve the actual problem. The drivers. Do not... visit this location if you are on your lunch break. Expect to wait in the drive through line for 25 to 35 minutes. I don't putblame on the employees they are working fast and efficiently. I blame the cars in line not paying attention, looking at theirphones, keeping a whole 2 car distance from the car in front, not having their form of payment ready, or just not being ready toorder. They must be faded at this McDonald's because I've never had an order be so wrong. I ordered through Uber, which keep in mind it... couldn't have been the drivers issue because they sealed up the bag. They missed a whole 20 piece mcnuggets. Gave me the wrongsize combos. Added a random hamburger that I didn't order. Fries were cold and soggy. And they gave me no straws or sauces.Disappointment all around. Read more
