TJ took great care of my son and I. We were attempting an order on app and it was defaulting to delivery but we were already at... restaurant. He talked me thru getting app to complete order there inside then filled it very quickly and the kids enjoyed themeal. Read more

First off, all food was cold for the past two weeks. Employees are lazy and extremely rude. Called corporate on a $13 bill and... all she did was give a $10 dollar app coupon that can only be used through an online order. I do not like having my debit cardinfo online and most people feel the same. I told the lady that, and she did nothing to compensate. She could've contacted themanager at the Burger King and had them issue a free meal. I could go on and on about this Burger King. But instead, my familyand I have just chosen not to eat there anymore. My advice at this location, is don't eat there at all. But if you do and youhave a problem, go inside and settle it there. Corporate will be no help to you( unless you are fluent in Arabic). There is aMcDonald's right across the street from this location in Ruckersville, VA. Please go there so you will have good service and hotfood. Read more

Doors locked at 7.45 am. Left. 9/15/2022 update. Grabbed a breakfast deal. Croissant ham and egg deal . Came quickly and met... expectations. Asked for a few ice cubes in the coffee because I can't drink it real hot. Temperature was perfect. Read more

I love the Burger Kings among fast food but this poor business has been crippled by our incompetent government economic... decisions that impede hiring. You can never be sure if they have staff to open the inside (rarely) and the folks handling thedrive thru have a tough time with change. Better not give them $20.93 cash to pay a $10.93 purchase. They can?t figure out yourchange. Read more

I went there and l bought a whopper meal and the burger was nasty. The sauces on the sandwich tasted sour. I think they were out... of date. I also got BBQ sauce for dipping and it tasted sour too as it seemed out of date. Which all of this ended giving meFOOD POISONING!! Read more

This location is improving. Customer service has been better than in the past. Management could invest more in its employees and... provide them with a little training and oversight. Food is hit or miss. Sometimes exactly what we ordered and hot and othertimes there's a mix up or the fries are cold and the burger not to order. For now if you visit, double check your order. I thinkthis place will continue to improve. Read more

Well, was glad that the dining area was finally open. The staff was helpful and friendly. Only one register with a long wait as... the clerk was performing two functions. Also the dining area was only partially setup, with some tables with their chairs stillon the tables. There was no ice for beverage machine in the dining area. Hopefully time will improve the conditions. Read more

I came here for breakfast and the lobby was closed. The lobby is always closed here. They blame it on staffing issues but it has... nothing to do with staffing issues. They're not even all that busy. Even if it was staffing issues, the drive through personcould simply walk up front and take an order right quick. There's literally nobody here right now other than employees. They arejust being lazy and don't want to open the lobby. I'm done giving this place my money everyday. I'm taking my businesselsewhere. They have lost a regular customer. Read more
