I'm sorry for the staff at this place, because they are doing the best they can (I sincerely want to believe that) but the drive... thru is always packed. Many times I have just keep going because of the long line. In the rare occasions I have come insideinstead, the.place is grimy and smelling. Staff is overworked and overwhelmed. I came today -8/21/22, because I wanted twofountain drinks and didn't felt like waiting my 30 mins lunch on the line. As I made my way to the drinks' fountain, I noticedthe yellow cones warning about wet floors, but didn't see the water! I filled my drinks and stepped out of the rug they place infront of the drink station. I slid and hit the floor so hard. Spilled drinks everywhere and thought I had busted my knee. 2young men helped me up while the kid (he couldn't be more than 16) at the register came running to clean up the spill. I wasbaffled because I was sure the floor wasn't wet, but then I saw the water seeping from under the drink machine and onto the rug,which squished. I just waddled away trying not to fall again. No reason to raise a fuss or acuse the staff or threaten to sue.But I wish corporates will take more care of their establishment, staff and customers! Rant over Read more
I was eating my double cheeseburger, when I felt a hair in my mouth. I was praying that it was mine. But surely it wasn?t. My... hair is shoulder length. My sisters was with me and hers is shorter then the hair found in the food. Also I had the bags foldedup the whole way home. And the cheeseburgers come wrapped anyway. I get accidents happen. But it?s crazy because when I wasinside waiting on my food, I saw two gentleman with long hair shoulder length who didn?t have it pulled back. I thought that?show hair ends up in food. One was on the grill the other doing the fry?s. The one on the grill stopped and pushed his hair backwith his glove and didn?t change it. Went right back to handling the food. Also the women in the store had their hair in ponytails. The men should be made too also. Then these things could be prevented. I called the store and told the worker. I said Ijust wanted to make them aware so they can prevent it in the future. He apologized which I felt was sincere, and asked if Iwould like my meal replaced. I said no thank you. By this time my stomach had turned and I?d lost my appetite. I know ithappens time to time. But they need to Atleast try to prevent it. Read more

This is a very well ran McDonald's. We come here very frequently and never have problems. The staff are very friendly! They have... someone washing the parking lot every morning! Food is always fresh. One of the best! Read more
Not a fan of the new ordering screens. No one was using them, and the lines at the register were chaotic. The screens take up so... much space that people don't have enough room to line up, and many people were cutting across the lines to get from one side ofthe restaurant to the other, mainly to access the drink machine. This a very nice mcdonalds. The employees are very nice and helpful, and the bathroom are fairly clean for a McDonald?s. If you... don?t like human interaction they have order your self stations to ?order your self?. The seating arrangements are nice. This isplace is and overall good quality. Decent for fast food but as always check your drive thru items before leaving the property. If not almost always guaranteed a... trip back to correct your order. Last trip I ordered for 6 people and two items were supposed to be quarter pound deluxe meals.Checked the bag and had big Macs instead. They will always correct the items but still disappointing at either having to go thruthe drive thru again or worse yet the drive from home back. Read more
