I went during work to get coffees for my coworkers that were on shift with me. When placing their order I was told that they no... longer had pumpkin spice atm, which is perfectly fine. He had quite the attitude when taking my order that was written out forme to place, as I?m not a normal Starbucks customer let alone place orders with specific details for the drink outside of whatthey come with. Sighing loudly over the intercom. I called my coworker to see what else she would like in its place and got hernew drink order before getting to the window. I asked if they could add the frappe she requested in place of the original drink.The barista working the register began flailing his arms and huffing loudly. His coworker beside him told him to close thewindow, I?m assuming so I couldn?t hear their discussion. They opened the window back up and stated they were slammed and topull back around and place another order. I?m assuming that ?slammed? meant the two cars behind me??? I told them that was finebut went inside instead to place my order. The girls who took and made my order were very nice and had it down in less than twominutes. I?m not entirely sure why I?d have to have gone around again or inside, as I did, if it would only take that long. Stopped in over the holidays to try the new location right off of 29. The staff was friendly and my drink order was correct. ... If your drink requires a straw, check it before you leave. I got home with my husband's frappuccino and the straw had a hole init. Order ahead option isn't always available, but overall, I like the new store. Read more
