Hey its fast food drive-thru, they were friendly & made the fries fresh for me, A PLUS!! Food not bad. No complaints.
Ordered balked potato was so Cold would not melt butter. Have many times gotten this from them and has been excellent. Possibly... a isolated time bit it did happen. Read more
Every time I come here my order gets messed up and it's usually costing me money, an item is either forgotten or I am given... something that is usually less expensive than what was ordered. Today I ordered a hot honey chicken sandwich and was given aregular chicken sandwich instead. Dissatisfied and probably will never comeback to this location or Wendy's ever again. Read more
I ordered a Jr. Bacon Cheese burger biggie bag.... Last I checked it doesn't come with onions and it has tomato and lettuce. I... picked it up before going home, I live 40 minutes away. Used the drive thru to grab dinner. Only 2 cars but seemed to take a while to complete the order. Staff was friendly and the... food was great. I liked the new baconator burger. 2.23.2022. I'd give negative stars if I could. The service has gone completely down hill, and that's being generous allowing for pandemic ... staff shortages. Today I waited in line for about 5 minutes just to order, once I got to the speaker I was told they'd be rightwith me. No problem, it was lunch time, but then I waited at least another 5 minutes all the time listening to every word saidfor the cars ahead of me because the microphone was left on. I ordered a kids meal and 2 #3 chicken nugget meals with a largecoke and bbq sauce for one and ranch and a large sweet tea for the other. I'm then told "I ain't got coke pick something else"so we chose root beer. At the window I got the drinks and one meal and a kids meal was when I didn't leave was told I was done.I said " I should have one more chicken nugget meal" and was told I would have to pull up. Almost 5 more minutes later someonebrought out the bag. When I got home 20 minutes later the I had 1 chicken combo, 1 kids meal, and the bag I waited for whichcontained 8 nuggets, no sauce, and the tea was unsweetened. Honestly this is beyond poor service, the receipt was correct and Icertainly was charged for everything but clearly it's too difficult to pay attention to what is being served. I go there fromtime to time because there's not many other choices and it's something every time but this is over the top. The ONLY positive isthe young man who collected the money, he is always polite and professional, even when you hear nothing but chaos in thebackground.
