I can say that I've never been disappointed by a sandwich or wrap from Subway. I choose Subway for their diabetic friendly menu... items, when I'm eating on the go. But with that being said. The Protein Bowl I got today, left me underwhelmed and franklykinda sad. What is the point of having a "more or less" option, if when you click more on lettice and get approximately 4 forkfulls of lettuce. All the vegetables, didn't even fill half the bowl. I've gotten sandwiches that you may have had to sit onto close, because I had asked for extra veggies. Expectation about the Protein Bowl, verses the reality of it was a let down. Read more
Nice to have a quick chain restaurant to grab subs at around the area cuz there's really not much at all as far as dining around... Rugby or the surrounding towns really. They are open til a reasonably late time for the area, are nice, clean, pretty quick foras much business as they get and have reasonable prices. But hey I love Subway anyway so I'm thrilled they are right off the Hwyand I like to grab a quick lunch or dinner to go every time I'm in Rugby! Read more

Subway is a great place to get a quick meal, and a healthy one. The kids meals are great, they are just the right size.
