So I really hate to leave bad reviews on servers because I am a waitress myself. After ordering my food she then says, "oh by... the way we are out of rice." What??? Out of rice? A Mexican restaurant? So I said it's fine just give us a couple extraTortillas instead. Then when the food is brought I opened my silverware and there is food still stuck on it from last guest so Iasked her for another fork. She never apologized or anything. Then I ate the food and the beans had chunky bits in it andenchiladas were luke warm. I didn't complain about that. Then after we ate we sat there for 20 min waiting for our bill! I wasgetting frustrated! My husband had already walked to the car. I almost just left what I thought it would be and walked out butthen she finally came. When she brought me the bill I noticed she charged me for the extra Tortillas when it was supposed toreplace the rice! Oh and don't ask for more salsa because that will be another .50! Our experience started with the hostesses telling us it would be a 40 minute wait. 1 hour and 40 minutes later, we finally got... our table. No joke. That long. Now, we get to the table which is behind the kitchen where staff if set up to fold silverware innapkins. So hospitable! 40 minutes later the waitress comes to take our order. Finally, our waiting seems to maybe be over. Not!45 minutes we wait for her to come back. By this time all of our water has been drank and the waitress has yet to be seen asecond time to ask for a refill. When she does return, we ask for waters and she refills half of them. She says she will beright back. We wait 15 minutes for water that she was supposed to be “right back” with. Ha! The food itself took almost anhour to be delivered. When it was delivered it was cold. I mean not even warm AT ALL. The fajitas were the only thing with heatto it just because the pan was slightly warm as well. Great service! Will definitely be recommending this place to others. Red enchilada plate was pretty lame , sauce tasted like tomato sauce. Chip hot salsa is super awful. My meal was not an... authentic Mexican or Tex mex plate . Rather hit up a taco stand then ever come back here. To add , super awful customer service.!! Read more

Went to Casa Blanca for a Tuesday afternoon lunch and tried a variety of items, including a margarita, paloma, quesadillas, and... chile rellenos. Overall the quality was above average, however I was unimpressed with the quesadillas (a bit soggy) and thepaloma (oddly bitter). Will definitely be back in the future, however I've had better Mexican food options in the Ruidoso area. Read more
Never knew this nice Mexican restaurant existed. I probably drove past it 100 times, but today my close friend invited me here.... The ambience is nice, the server was friendly and efficient, and most importantly, the food was very good. I ordered thefajitas-- which were very good. What stood out was their freshly made tostadas-- which they provide in a tostada and salsa bar. They are thin and crispy! I was a little reluctant to return to this restaurant after reading some of the recent reviews but I am glad we did. I have... always had a good experience here and this visit did not disappoint. We started with margaritas and they are always delicious,never bitter. We also had the chili strips. They had a nice fried batter but I did not think they were real tasty. Maybe becauseI am used to jalapeño strips. We had the beef and cheese enchiladas with red sauce and they were great. The chicken sour creamenchiladas were so delicious.
