The owner of this place was awesome which is the reason for high stars. The noodles are said to come with 18 types of vegetable,... but I was disappointed with the small amount. It's really noodles with just a few veggies. It's a noodle bar so I could livewith that, but we all got extremely sick afterwards. Read more
This place is my new discovery, found it on line, it's located right in midtown and it was amazing...The menu is simple you have... two choices chicken or no chicken? If you choose ???? chicken then it's all fresh veggies and noodles. Cooked fresh in giantwoks outdoors. AWESOME ???? Can't wait to go back. Read more

Amazing! This place serves two dishes: one with chicken and veggies and one is vegan. I would highly recommend the chicken. So... yummy the flavor is tasted all the way through and super tender. The noodles have a million vegetables in them (well not amillion but it was amazing). Even the kiddos enjoyed this meal. If there was one place I could choose to eat in Ruidoso it wouldbe this place. Seriously, give it a try! I was also impressed that they could put three boxes into a bag for the to-go order. Read more
