Came here with a small group of high school athletes; they took up ONE whole table. We came in at the same time as another team,... also a fairly small group at 8:20 pm and the manager immediately freaked out. She locked the door and said no one else couldcome in and that she "needed to get her kids home". The door says the dining room closes at 10 pm. The other team had their foodand left by about 8:40. Our group left at about 8:50, over an hour before closing. Instead of treating either group like actualpaying customers, she acted like it was a complete inconvenience we had come to eat there. I know it's hard to feed large groups(which we actually weren't), but she made a snap judgement and assumed they'd be annoying, instead of the exhausted, hungry kidsthey were, who ate quietly and then left. I go to McDonald?s about 2 times a week and here lately I haven?t seen the old mangers just rude lady and 8/10 times something... been messed up or not even put in the bag. Fries are hardly ever salted. The hamburger Patties always pink in the middle andwhat?s the point of having McDonald?s app if you never get your items. This ruidoso McDonald?s is not recommended. If you haven't had a McGang Bang you need to try one, it's the best thing you can get at McDonald's. It's two patties with a hot... and spicy in the middle omg it's so good and of course, you can't forget the fries and drink. Savanna, Blue, and Crystal aremanagers there, and they are great so if you ever need help with something serious they will always be there for you. They do agreat job and will always take care of the customers. Read more
