It would be nice if employees knew the difference between a blueberry muffin and a chocolate chip muffin. Are they colorblind?
The morning manager at this establishment is a disgusting person. I put in a mobile order for walk-in as I do not drive and work... next door. Went to pick it up and the doors are locked. This sign on the door clearly states the do drive thru and carryout. Shescreamed well ms. I don?t have a car it?s drivethru only and just walked away. Another customer overheard the way she treated meand offered to drive me thru as the manager yelled well look at ms.I don?t have a car but you clearly do. They are the worstDunkin in the state and it?s all because of the manager because the rest of the team is usually nice. I hope they fire thatmorning manager she doesn?t deserve the title. Read more
I understand that oatmilk is expensive but to charge for it and not be able to taste it when I pay for extra is a lil crazy to... me .... they really need to stop playing with their menu also ... they took alot off that people really enjoyed ... how about asurvey before you go amd just take everything away ... Stopped on our travels I of course wanted their infamous coffee.. regular coffee..my grandson lives all the new specials..hot... and cold and has to try them all ...I got doughnuts he did get some kind of sandwich promo that was delicious of course...cleanand friendly establishment... reasonably priced too!! love dunkin! I had kind of a big order- there were four of us there. they waited patiently and then made sure they got every... detail right. I asked for something they didn't have right up front so they went in the back to get it. I didn't expect thisgreat level of customer service from a big chain like this, but I was pleasantly surprised. Read more
Every single time I order coffee here, extra sugar- it tastes like there's hardly any sugar or No sugar at all. One time when I... told them about the inconsistency in taste I was told that a machine pours the sugar amount. I just stopped ordering coffee atthis location because at least twice this year I've not had more than a quarter of my medium hot extra extra. For me ordering mycoffee at this location is like throwing my money away. The donuts are great though, my kids and I enjoy those. Read more
Unbelievably long wait in the drive through. 10 minutes while the car ahead of me placed a ridiculously large order. When I... suggested to the manager he could thank customers for the large order and ask them to pull around to the front while they out ittogether I was told "The owners won't let me ask customers to get out of the drive through line". Guess I need to find adifferent store to get my daily coffee. Read more
If 0 stars was an option that?d be my review. Poor customer service, ice cold hash browns (probably old from the ?warmer?) , my... hot latte wasn?t even hot (clearly milk wasn?t fully steamed) and I live 3 minutes from this location. When I tried to call tolet the manager on shift know the line is constantly off the ringer, so there?s nobody to tell.
