Horrible service!, We were a party of four there to celebrate a birthday. Our entrees came out over 1 hour later and that's... after asking a waiter about our food who said he would find out and never came back. The waiters were mostly middle schoolstudents. Our original waiter took our order and NEVER came back to see if we needed anything and we never saw him again theentire night. After 1 hour of waiting, I finally got up and asked the hostess because there was no one else I could ask. When wearrived at there was hardly anyone in the restaurant, we saw people come after us both outside and inside and they all got theirfood before us. When I asked why a table next to us had gotten their food, I was told because they knew the owner and their foodwas were having special food. This was a crazy explanation. She then went to get someone else, who was also another waitress.This woman said the reason we didn't get our food is because we did not order appetizers and by the way you didn't order yourentrees until 6:31. We explained that we were told our table was available until 7:45 since they had another party coming. Shenever once apologized and tried to somehow blame us for the fact that our food came out at 7:40. We had a 6pm reservation. Theservice is deplorable. The food was definitely not as good as in the past. The swordfish did not have much taste at all. If youare looking for a place with ok food and horrible service this is the place to go. Our whole birthday celebration was ruined andon top no apologies at all were given. There are way too many restaurants out there to think about going to this one again. Read more

This is a very quaint small restaurant in Rumson. Perfect BYOB. Food is a bit expensive but well worth it. The baby octopus was... super tender, the monkfish medallions was cooked perfectly. The pork chop you could cut with a butter knife. The pork chop ranksright up there with Salt Creek Grill and Rum Runners. They offer a great selection of specials. Portions are nice size, you candefinitely split an appetizer. Read more
Delicious! I had the double cut pork chop special which was amazing. Everybody at the table seemed happy with their orders.
