Took them 15 minutes to take my order, got my order and the person behind me order wrong, the cheese on my sandwich wasn?t... melted, 2 mini peices of bacon, I tasted cinnamon becuase they didn?t clean the oven, and the person in the drive through alsowaited 15 minutes. Read more
I have no idea what the problem is here. Like a lot of people, I utilize the drive through. EVERY time....I wait for an... extended period of time for someone to acknowledge me and take my order. 99% of the time I'm the only one in line!!! Why am Iwaiting for 3 to 4 minutes to order a coffee? I'm not there at peak hours. I could see having to wait every now and then. ButEVERY TIME??? I think they will be losing my business. Read more

I visited this location and the cashier did not give me my proper change back. The employees argued with me instead of trying to... rectify the situation. Then they advised the manager was not in and I had to come back the next day and I returned and no oneknew what I was talking about. Read more
I?m done with this location. After waiting in line for 10 mins, I finally got to where you order (drive-thru), and I wait five... mins and nothing. So, I drive up to the window. All I wanted was a coffee. Easy enough, right? Nope! She gave me attitude when Imentioned waiting, then said I would have to go back around to order! Up until now, I?ve come to this location at least once aweek and recognized this woman from many previous trips. I will not me patronizing this rude woman?s store again! Read more
Don't go unless you feel like turning back around after realizing they messed up your entire order... Then try and fight with... you to make it seem like what was in my bag was the correct order. Waste of time and energy, and staff desperately needs toclean up their act. Read more
These people are the most rude people I?ve ever experienced. They do not honor Dunkin?s promotions and pretend not to understand... when you ask for a manager. After visiting this Dunkin?s almost daily, I will no longer visit again. Read more
