I completely understand Eagles Sunday is very busy. However I placed an online order and arrived 45 after placing it, at the... time it stated it would be ready. Several people walked in while I was there and placed orders at the counter some with fairlylarge orders. All of those customers received their sandwiches well before I did. So is the online not even worth it to place ?its very annoying to wait triple the time of other customers is there no system? It?s very frustrating. I would just like toknow should I just not order online since those orders seem less important. Are the counters orders top priority? Read more
A big 4 1/2 stars go out to Primo hoagies. Great sandwiches and friendly service with promotions every week...but...they... introduced "steak sandwiches"... well, not really. Oven roasted steak meat with very limited toppings isn't a steak sandwich sobe cautious but their other sandwiches are outstanding and well worth the visit. Read more
I am a regular at this location and the 2 girls who usually work the counter know me by name. Today, I guess it was the... franchise?s owner was working the counter and service was quick as usual and the sandwiches were good as usual. The owner didmake comment to one of the associates that they needed to put menus is all bags or they they could be written up. I understandand appreciate company policy but I?d like to give a quick bit of advice to this person, do not discipline or threatendiscipline to your team members in front of customers or clients. We don?t like to see it. Especially a customer that has analready high opinion of your business. Employee discipline should always be private and confidential. Read more
I ordered a buffalo cutlet primo ?hot?. Chicken was ice cold and had a strange texture. I love this sandwich and have ordered it... many times before at other locations. Apparently they couldn?t take the time to cook the chicken at this location. I thought itwas strange when they said my sandwich?s would be ready in ten minutes. Extremely disappointed and hungry. Ordered a Pilgrim the other day, and I wish I thought to take a picture, but did not. The cranberry sauce was just spread in a... thin layer right across the top of the roll. We ended up opening a can of cranberry sauce to add to our sandwich. Without thecranberry sauce, it was just a really expensive turkey and mayo hoagie. But the girl at the register was really nice.
