Very good experience. Wait staff was attentive and pleasant. Generous Portions which in 8/2022 is a really surprising thing. For... some reason other Mexican Restaurants in the area really seem to be cutting way back. I had Chilies Poblanos and they had awonderful smokiness and filled to bursting with melty cheese. My Wife had the Vegetarian Fajitas lunch special and she was alsovery impressed with the flavor of the food. Very clean and neat inside and well...We have found our new local Mexican Place! Convenient location right off exit 118, in the same shopping center as Food Lion on the opposite end. Ordered takeout for lunch... ACP Texano (traditional ACP + shrimp + steak) and small chips and queso - both very good. Friendly staff. Will return. Read more
For a small neighborhood Mexican restaurant they do a good job. I ordered the grilled shrimp burrito. They were generous with... the shrimp, tortilla chips and salsa. Just do yourself a favor and check your receipt before you pay and always check your to goorder before you leave. They have made a few small errors the times I was there. I have been coming to this location from the beginning before the current Owner/s. The food is always amazing. The upgrades and... work inside looks amazing. The staff are always friendly. I enjoy coming here. The old owners used to give you a free littledessert Sopaipilla with Strawberry sauce and Whipped cream at lunch. The new location doesn't. I really miss that. It's no gamechanger, but there was a certain charm to it. Amigos on Old 52 offers a Caramel Sopaipilla which is Fantastic. Read more
The service was HORRIBLE !! Our waiter had an attitude from the start and barely came to our table, we were just sitting ducks.... I asked for a Corona twice never received it, the margarita had so much mix it was thick and bitter, tortillas came with my foodbut they were so hard it was basically a chip. I was actually shocked that they gave me a good amount of shrimp and veggiesbecause most places give more onions than anything and the beans were too salty.
