I frequent here now and again. For the most part ok. Fries are hot, food is warm, drinks are cold, but for love of god I almost... never get cheese on my rodeo cheeseburgers. The manager is always good about rectifying the problem which is awesome, but thefact that it happens almost everytime I get rodeo cheeseburgers is beyond upsetting. Horrible service. Got told to wait around the corner, we waited, then another car pulled up we both waited. After 15 mins still... nothing. So we tried to go around front. We told the car next to us to let them know cause at this time they had been waitingtoo. They were rude when we went in. So we drove around back to wait otw back the people that were waiting next to us weredriving away with their food they stopped and said they told the guy what about the people in front of us and he said some smartcomment. Sat in line today fir 25 minutes and they didn't even get an order done close at 8 and lady 4 times I've been here they have... screwed up my order and in total of 12 times I've been here I'd say atleast 7 times my food was cold after waiting for them toquit screwing around inside and get the order bagged. Went through drive thru about 5:00 pm yesterday. Ordered 2 whopper meals and a large cherry slushie The menu board said you get... a 16 0z slushie for $1.00 so I told the lady what I wanted and she said slushies only come in one size. So I assumed it would bea large 16 oz wrong I get to the window to pay and she hands me a small cup that they use when you order a small soda. Iquestioned her about it at the window and she argued with me about them only coming in one size. I said no I've ordered thesehere plenty of times and your wrong. She refused to give me a large one. Then I left without getting one of the sodas that camewith my meal I had to go back this time I went in and told her I didn't get my soda and I want my 16 oz slushie. She againargued with me. I told her it clearly says 16 oz slushie on your drive thru sign she said I don't have time to go out and lookat our sign. I stoped in 12-7-21 ordered a bacon king get home no bacon on my sandwich call Burger King thinking no big deal they probably... had a busy dinner rush but I finally got ahold of someone that works their he asked me to come back tomorrow with my sandwichand they would exchange it i than asked if I could exchange it tonight and I was hung up on I get their not one employee waswearing gloves while handing food so I asked for a refund now I?m walking out of Burger King with a hungry stomach and no refundthe manager was extremely rude and if she was doing her job the employees would be wearing gloves What a awful spot to stop tograb a quick bite to eat I wouldn?t recommend wasting your money or time here Read more
