Service was not the best, And very slow. Waitress was nice but needs more training!! Kept forgetting things. Had to ask twice... for things. Had to.wait at least 10 min for silverware after we had our meal. Read more
Very disappointing! We got a 20? pizza for takeout. There was only enough toppings to cover a 14? pizza. There were areas on the... pizza with literally NO cheese on them. Very skimpy on the sauce, mushrooms, and other toppings. Not going back!! Read more
Stopped here because there isn't much in this neck of the woods... glad I stopped. Had a specialty tap beer that was good. For... dinner I ordered the 14" Creamery Special pizza. I like a thin crust with extra cheese, and that is exactly what I got. The onlydownside is the service was slow. Not sure if that is because they were understaffed for the evening or if that is a norm. Itdidn't help that my waitress had to man the ice cream counter too. Nice assortment of ice cream flavors but I was stuffed sopassed on dessert. Read more
Service was excellent, prices fair, and ice cream superb. BUT my patty melt came topped with raw onions rather than caramelized,... and the hamburger was cooked to leather. The fries were hot but undercooked and limp. Truly awful. My friend had fried fish withfries. The fish was overcooked and the fries even limper than mine. We both left 95% of the fries on our plates. We agreed thatwhile the food was awful, the ice cream was the best. I had the Zanzibar dark chocolate, and my friend had the maple nut. Thepizza we saw delivered to other customers looked awesome. If you?re not hungry for pizza, stick with the ice cream. Read more
I understand they've recently transitioned to management, which may explain the hiccup we had a week and a half ago - two people... in our party ordered burgers and the other two ordered pizza, and it took an extremely long time to get the pizza (all whilewatching folks who arrived after us get their pizzas first - maybe they called in their orders ahead?). We had all but the dregsof our fries left before their steaming hot pizzas arrived, and we had eaten slowly. The waitress was very apologetic andexplained that there were more pizza orders than grill orders so there was a huge back up in the pizza area. Understandable, butstill frustrating, as it would have been nice to have a heads up when we first ordered about how long it would take. But thatbeing said, the food was great, and the ice cream brand they carry is my all-time favorite! It was pretty chilly in the diningroom area, so we headed outside to heat up to enjoy the ice cream. Read more
We biked from Lanesboro to Rushford and stopped for lunch at the Creamery. Our pizza was warm and cheesy, much needed after a... long bike ride. They have plenty of ice cream flavors to choose from too! Read more
Usually we love The Creamery, but tonight was a big letdown. Our 20 inch pizza was undersized -- a couple of inches smaller than... the cardboard round it was on. And the crust was incredibly thin and hardly any sauce. This was definitely not like any Creamerypizza we have had before. Not worth the price. Definitely disappointed. I also waited outside more than 10 minutes after Icalled to say I was there for curbside pickup. I finally went inside and the worker at the counter said they were very busy andthey must have forgotten I was outside. So by the time I got our pizza home, it was also cold. :( Read more
Very nice dining inside and out. Rushford is a great town to visit. They have about 12 different kinds of ice cream to choose... from and make their own waffle cones. Don't miss it. Read more
