Not very friendly. Had to find a clean table even though there was only one person in there. Which was a child of about 10... asleep in a booth. The food was fine, but they need a lesson on manners and cleanliness. Especially with all the diseases we aredealing with now days. Read more
we thought? come on it's Pizza Hut! It is a small town and you are also looking for employees who want to work? There are only... two people and the young woman very kindly tells us - she has no soft drinks, there is no coffee, only soft drinks, what is inthe refrigeration chamber !! but there is pizza! This is the 2nd time I have had an order that was incorrect and had the employee argue with me about how it was correct. I was... missing pineapple, spicy garlic, garlic, and cheese. The pineapple and spicy garlic the store did not have, I was told I know Icalled you to tell you. However looking at call logs, I see that was a lie. I had to ask why I couldn't get refunded for theitems they didn't have, I was told it was beyond their control, after arguing the matter they called the GM and I was refunded,however I had to inform them that it was 1.39 for additional pineapple not the 1.25 she was told to charge. Overall notrespectable service, the customer is right, unfortunately and especially when they have receipts to show the order. The firsttime, our order was incorrect we where never informed they didn't have an item, until I called back, and was informed the driverwas getting 20oz to make up for the 2 liters that where missing. I would sadly recommend going to pizza king for pizza inrushville, even with the extra 10-20 dollar price difference in pizza. Better more professional service. Read more
This restaurant is consistently disappointing. I placed my order over the phone for 3 hours ahead of pickup. The cashier argued... with me that they never took my order despite showing them the call history on my phone. I needed the pizza for an event andplaced the order again. I paid and came back 20 mins later and the same cashier argued that I hadn't paid. When we opened thepizza to serve, it had small hairs and we didn't trust eating it. Read more
CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Christmas Eve and only 3 or 4 people working. I ordered online and it showed 10 to 20 minutes. I got there... at 20 minutes. I went in and waited behind a lady for 10 minutes not sure how long she had been there. The lady in the frontkept answering the phone taking orders NOT taking care of the customers at the counter! One from the back finally brought thelady in front of me order out only for it to sit on the counter for another 10 to 15 minutes before someone else came to checkher out and to wait on the other 3 of us standing there. The lady answering the phone never acknowledged any of us customers. Ihave worked in customer service for over 30 years, starting out at this Pizza Hut as my 1st job for 7 years!
