Extremely slow (over 30 minutes) for dine-in and two items were missing from our order. This was my 2nd visit in 7 days and the... service was slow on both occasions. Drive-thru service is the priority here. Several (at least 3, sometimes 5) employees worktogether to serve drive-thru customers. They pay attention to wait times and ensure that orders are served in a timelymanner. 1 employee serves dine-in customers and he also helped with drive-thru orders. He seems new and inexperienced; spentmuch more time looking at the screen and instructions than preparing food on both visits. On both visits, I ordered via theapp. After I arrived inside and informed the employees of my order, the app showed that my order was ready within a couple ofminutes, but this wasn't the case. I choose dine-in because I prefer to wash my hands before eating and eating Taco Bell whiledriving isn't ideal. I like to eat at a table. If I visit this location again, I'll order in the drive-thru, then bring my foodinside, wash up, and eat. Read more
Just ordered using the app. Order was technically right. The Doritos locos tacos were flat AF. Pics attached. Not only that,... they were cold and not in the cardboard thing that keeps them from getting flattened. If they had the appropriate amount ofstuff in them, they wouldn't have been so bad. Chicken quesadilla was nearly empty. There was zero mild sauce on the premises, Iasked. I shouldn't complain because it's taco Bell and the bar is very low for them to begin with. $30 for a colon cleanse isn'tbad tho. I never go here, but the kids like it on occasion.
