Poor customer service and buttons don?t work when it comes to ordering
Pickles on hamburgers are weird tasting. I will never eat there again. This happened more than once.

Sadly I have had multiple issues with this sonic if you make a big order. I have had food missing on multiple occasions and they... usually take care of it when you come back. But today we order breakfast burritos that were not even half full. We basically gottortillas? this location is just going downhill. Go elsewhere to actually get your moneys worth. Read more
I've started going back to the Rusk Sonic after having some bad service. It has gotten a lot better.
The First staff lady that serves us was very friendly. They forgot my large fry. (No big deal) I asked for it nicely and the... other lady I asked had an unpleasant look on her face. I then was brought this out (see attachments). An extremely small amountof fries in a bag. Then ask kindly if this was a large fry and they said we are out of boxes and had to put them in a bag.(Didn?t really answer my question). Also ordered a large popcorn chicken and portion was a lot smaller than at other Sonics.Finally the straw that broke the camels back is I ordered a large drink with light ice and they filled it full of ice. I thenasked for a refill and they do not give free refills even though a large drink costs over $2 (I am not from this area so I?mglad I do not have to come back). Good restaurant that we visit about once a week. There is a really good carhop named Amanda. She has never gotten our order... wrong and is friendly and fast getting our food out. We hope she sticks around. Food is always consistently good. Read more
