I went through the drive thru everything was fine until I got home and realized that my fries were not in the bag. I called back... and talked to Ella, told her about the issue. Ella tells me that I did receive my fries. I should not have to argue withworkers! I asked to speak to the manager two times and he refused to get on the phone, his name is supposedly Donald. I always have a great experience @this location. I work nights at UT Health Tyler and after my last shift before my day off I... always go here on my way home for my double Breakfast on a Bun fix. This was honestly one of the cleanest What-A-Burgers I've seen. Their staff was very friendly and they got our food out to us in... a timely manner. The burgers were cooked perfectly and tasted just as they should. Don't let the fact that its connected to agas station to derail you, it was great. Read more
