Today I had horrible customer service for a young teen boy around 6:30pm in the drive through. Who started with an attitude the... moment we pulled up. There?s no flavors on the menu in the drive thru, so I looked up the menu online and carlos told him whathe wanted and he said ? uh ya we don?t do that. We don?t have that flavor ? and carlos says oh okay what do you have? And hehuffed and listed off like 20 flavors as fast as he could. So I said to my boyfriend he needs to fix his attitude and this boysays ?EXCUSE ME?!? I told him to fix his attitude and he tells me to get out of his drive through. When I asked for the managerhe says he is the manager. He proceed to flip me off as we?re leaving the drive through. I worked in customer service for 10years and that ain?t it ESPECIALLY if you?re claiming to be a manager. Read more

Ice cream is good but service is not. The workers sit around and do nothing when it's not closed, and they say it's shut down... for cleaning or something. One girl is knitting. The others have head sets on talking. Im not one to complain, bit they close at10 and it's 9:28. No where does it say they have special hours. It's Tuesday. Everyone likes ice cream, so it's got to be bad to write a bad review. We used drive thru (lobby was closed because they don't... have workers) and young man was very nice. The main complaint was the serving size. We ordered four, two-scoop sundaes, andtwo cups were a joke. Two were adequate, but the other two were smaller than a single scoop. Really, we had to laugh becausethe scoops were so small. We brought them home, so didn't bother to go back. Will not return. Read more
This store used to have nice employees who were glad to help with a smile. Today, it was totally the opposite. The employee at... the register either was too tired or on a bad day and was rude to us. We won't probably will be back... it's a shame! Read more
Great customer service, staff was very friendly and of course the ice cream was yummy!
I go to this location on a regular and usually my family and I enjoy it each and every time. However, we went tonight (1/2/2020... b/t 7:30pm-8pm) to get ice cream and the lady who serviced us did not know what she was doing, she had dark hair and glasses andfair skin. She did not know how to properly scoop the ice cream which led us to receive a less than serving size portion and wewaited 30 minutes for our order to be completed. We got home and one of our banana royal order was messed up, there was barelyany ice cream and the whole cup was filled with majority whip cream we thought it was a joke on how bad our orders came out tobe. I usually never complain but the wait time and the quality of the order we received was truly bad. Read more
