It is tough to get 5 stars from us because we are in the food service industry but these guys check all the boxes! When we... walked in we were greeted with happy friendly faces. When we sat our server Carrie came right over. Carrie was smiling,friendly, and knowledgeable on the menu. She was there at our table enough but not to much. Then Lucas the manager stopped by tocheck in with us. That folks...is huge in this industry. The food was very good, wasn't overpriced, and came out hot. Myself and my family stopped by this location after a soccer game. The place was clean, the service was quick and the food was... good! We have no complaints!! The older lady who seems to be a hostess was excellent!! We have a 5 year old who has autism andshe was SO SO kind to her. Even let her help sit guest coming in! She gave her a toy necklace since she was being so good!Really big shout out to this lady (so sorry we didn’t catch your name) but this really made her day and will be something sheremembers forever! Went here last night while visiting and it was a great experience. Got here about 30 minutes before closing, we asked if it was... too late and they said no and welcomed us in very friendly. We had wings, pulled pork, and jalapeño poppers. Everything we hadwas very good. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. Wow ! Delicious! Just what I expected from a place that is a rib joint. Fresh, cooked to perfection, tender fall off the... bone baby back ribs.....called meaty ribs. St. Louis style available if thats what you prefer. Lots to choose from. And don'tgo away without tasting g an order of their bbq beans ! Service was 110% very friendly, very attentive. This is supposed to be sliced brisket !!! It’s literally a whole tin full of improperly sliced fat . The nuggets were ice cold... and under cooked nuggets. They did not offer me a refund or to even offer to remake me an edible dinner . Only a credit for aninedible dinner we spent 47 bucks on and this is not the first time !!! Never again !!! Read more

Ordered meaty back ribs to go. When I got home I opened the ribs and they were over cooked and dry. Tried putting bbq sauce on... them, but still very dry. I have eaten inside many times and the food was good. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. This is inthe sun city center restaurant. Read more
