This Checkers is located in Sun-city, FL is the worst Checkers in Florida! At this point someone really need to consider... shutting down this place. I ordered food through DoorDash tonight that equaled up to $40 they sent one cold spicy chickensandwich, nothing else! Then I tried calling the location and the phone doesn?t even ring it just clicks and disconnect. Lasttime I ordered from this same exact Checkers that gave me tenders that wasn?t even fully cooked. The guy that was at the drivethru window was wearing an Auto-zone work shirt; wasn?t even in checkers uniform. I?m pretty sure he walked from his 1st job(Auto Zone) to his 2nd next door (Checkers)I should have just pulled off then. I will never order again from this place. It?shorrible! Read more
I CANT NOT BELIEVE THIS!! sandwich look like it been sitting foI forever..and my fries suck!!! Not MF happy .. sorry but I am... not! I'm afraid to eat the dam thing! My son took a couple bites cause he was hungry..smh..if you don't like where you work moveoutta the way...let those who CARE how they serve people work there.. and to top it off, no phone good phone number to call tospeak with the manager. Awful services terrible it has no description, never in my life have been in a place so incompetent. 30 minutes for a machine to... take your order and almost 40 more minutes for the food. A lot youth talking inside instead of working. Lack of management theydid not care about the clients. When got to the window a slow lady will pass you one thing at a time cause she was busy talkingto her coworkers. The food was cool, horrible I spent $35 dollars and thruway on the garbage can. No managers no where tocomplaint. Checkers reviewers or whoever sees this compliant, please I want my money back. Although I can?t charge for the waistof time I want my money back, for horrible services and horrible food. We frequently go to this Checkers when we don't want to cook. We ordered Deep Sea Double meals, the fish was dark as in over... fried and had a strong taste. The fries were also dark in appearance and were sticking together and also had a strong taste likebeing over fried in old oil. Have had much better experience in the past. Read more
Enjoyed the automated drive through, they were able to understand my husband's order. With the free fry deal, we ordered a... medium fry and the cheese sticks for the littles. The fries were a disappointment. They did not taste like the originalCheckers fries, tasted sweet, almost like they shared the same oil as the funnel cake fries. The cheese sticks also tasted likethey were in the same oil, had a sweet taste to them. Read more
Customer service at this establishment is lower than low. The staff is usually in the parking lot while you are sitting in the... drive thru line waiting to even place an order. I spent over an hour in the line not because I wanted to but was stuck with carsin front and behind. Food was not hot either. I was hoping to atleast get fresh food after the long wait but no. Do yourself afavor and do not go here, you will be upset with yourself for spending your money. Read more
Went there on Friday evening, arrived at 7pm, there were exactly 3 cars in front of me, literally sat there until 7:33 just to... get 2 orders of fries and a checker burger and absolutely no way to back out once cars pull in behind you. That place is themost ILL ran ?fast food? place around, there were so many irritated customers that night because as I said you cannot get out ofline once other cars pull in. They need better staffing training and someway for customers to back out if they need to. Read more
I haven't had a checkers in years. I forgot about their salt and pepper fries. Still good. The Beaufort was way too much food... for me, and it tasted good anyway. Read more
